As an ex civil servant in the UK and as a pakistani, I am very concerned and saddened by the situation. I am not a fan of CJ Qazi Faez Isa after all his recent judgements. But consider the truth. PM Imran Khan and the Deputy Speaker in 2022 handed a letter to the Supreme Court, on the day the PTI Govt was removed by the vote of no confidence. This was process was overseen by the Supreme Court. Then the Supreme Court ordered provincial elections for 14th May 2023. The new PDM Government refused on every ocassion to hold elections. During the hearings in the Supreme Court Justice Qazi Faez Isa wrote to the then CJ Bandial stating that IN ORDER TO CORRECT THE LEGAL RULINGS, THE SUPREME COURT MUST REVISIT THE RULING GIVEN ON THE HOLDING OF THE VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE IN 2022. But CJ Bandial decided to NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT FOR NOT HOLDING ELECTIONS IN 2023.
So it is no wonder that corrupt people took a strong hold over Pakistan. If one person is good and the country is considered corrupt, then usually the one person turns corrupt thinking it makes no difference to be good. I ask WHY WAS THE CASE OF THE CYPHER NOT LOOKED AT IN 2022, AND WHY DID THE SUPREME COURT HELP TO MAKE THE VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE SUCCEED BY GIVING A RULING WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE CYPHER. THE CYPHER WAS ABOUT THE TRAITORS IN PAKISTAN. INSTEAD THE COURTS ARE TRYING IMRAN KHAN. The enemies have succeeded thus far. It is unlikely the Supreme Court will now revisit the Vote of No Confidence as most of Pakistan's leadership have received bribes of billions. It is very likely that Imran Khan will be executed giving the citizen's no notice in order to react . Of course we all love hope.

Only in banana republics. In normal countries it is allowed in only special circumstances, and it needs Judge approval unlike Pakistan where a ISI officer can do as he pleases

This act is passed on the sheer badmaashi against PTI supporters and leaders. According to Islamic teachings if you knock on someone’s door and the person inside does not open you should go back let alone fixing cameras there. Non mahrams should not visit a house when the mahrams are not present.

After the decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, will the chairman and all members of the Election Commission be held accountable?
