Dude Charlie, I love you bro. I respect the fact you were able to be vulnerable in your video. The part where you talked about your experienced being bullied, all the trauma being built up, and how things went with your therapist was so powerful and inspirational to me

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

I have watched all video for 10 days.I changed my life so much for this, watching videos became a habit for me, and Charlie became a mentor for me, although we are not familiar. This is just something, now that I have finished watching the video, I understand that I have a huge amount of knowledge and that Charlie gave me instructions and the beginning of the path and then I need to go myself. In this area, what Charlie explained, he is like an adult to me and I am like a little child. Now I am crying because this is not just a video, it is like support for me. I can even say that because of such work of Charlie, I became mentally attached. It is difficult for me to realize that I need to move on without Charlie, but as Charlie said, success is pain, and life is the creation of meaning. Crying, I want to say thank you very much Charlie! I will use everything you said and time will pass, I will teach other people like you taught me!

For me I would build myself up (usually over a year or so) and get in fantastic shape and make amazing strides on my goals just to seek approval from the people who once rejected me in life. And once Id seen this approval from the people who rejected me I would feel like there is no reason to work anymore and go back to square one. @@uchihadna920 For me I can remember most of it. One of my first memories was in nursery when a another kid would keep on biting me until one time I bit him back and he started screaming, then the teacher would shout at me whilst comforting the other kid who kept biting me. Probably one of the reasons why I abstain so much as subconsciously I was fearing getting punished for taking action. I know porn is a big problem especially for young men as our hormones and biology are screaming at us to pro-create, but what helped for me years ago was to develop this feeling of intense disgust and resentment to what I've just done. I know this sounds vulgar but your literally watching some random dude f*ck whilst your just sat there watching like a little gremlin. Its disgusting and no woman would take you seriously if they knew that's what you do. Then after a while you have no desire at all to watch it again.

I wouldn't say so because, to UA-cam, the average time that a user spends watching a video (AVD) is way more important than whether they watch the full video or not.
Most people are not going to be watching the 22 hours... But certainly, there are people who will be watching for 3, 4, or 6 hours, and that increases the AVD I'm talking about by a lot.

I think a good start to this is to create a schedule that tells you want to do. So, your schedule might tell you what time to go to bed and get up, which builds discipline. It helps with focus because - well, can you focus on your schedule and not be distracted by the part of you that wants to do other arbitrary things? You could view a schedule as your future self telling you what you need to do in the present.
