    hi! Thank you for the video. I've finally organized my weekly to-do list in Google Sheets. If you could create a tutorial explaining each step, or at least provide a slowed-down version of the video, that would be great!

      Hey, Thanks for commenting !!
      So you will just use this formula
      =COUNTIF(the row/column you want to add up, True )
      eg. COUNTIF(B9:M9,True) Then whenever you tick a box it will count it
      Hope this Helps, will create a few shorts just showing a few formulae I like to use.

      you will first get the % of the weekly tasks that youve completed
      then you will use this formula
      =SPARKLINE(X, {"charttype", "bar"; "max", 1; "min", 0; "color1", IF(X>0.7, "green", IF(X>=0.5, "yellow", IF(X>0.3, "red", "red")))})
      by the X, just put in your the Cell that has that %
      eg you have the 20% in cell AO7, then you just replace all the Xs with AO7 then it will look like
      =SPARKLINE(AO7, {"charttype", "bar"; "max", 1; "min", 0; "color1", IF(AO7>0.7, "green", IF(AO7>=0.5, "yellow", IF(AO7>0.3, "red", "red")))})
      I will also make a short on this formulae and how it works, Hope this helps :D
