@lawlawlowned 1. This band is great, stop hating. 2. No one forced you to listen, or comment. 3. The girl looks like a girl, who has loads more talent than yourself. 4. "Badass" girl checklist - Angela Gossow - Arch Enemy, Candace Kucsulain - Walls Of Jericho, Krysta Cameron. Much more, running out of room. You have no room to criticize. I'm not saying I'd want you to get hit by a bus, but if you did I'd be driving that bus.
Metal has a LOT of subgenres, too many to even put in this comment. That's why you should stick to the metal YOU like... or you know, be like me, that actually likes Death metal, metalcore, trancecore, screamo, emo, punk, alternative, and many more and just enjoy it. I actually like a lot of music genres and dont limit myself to just "being brutal"
I can't say I'd go crazy for this band, but they're not bad.
So, this song is 4 minutes and 46 seconds long, I will give you the benefit of the doubt, music doesn't start until 0:55 into the video and ends at 4:41. The song is then 3 minutes and 46 seconds long, while the main chorus is 44 seconds long the clean to screaming ratio is 1 to 5.1363636364. Those seem to dip in favor against you as that is not "all the time." The Cleans aren't bad, it's much better than me. The singing brings in a whole other crowd, the audience likes to sing along, more fans.

If it wasn't for other bands, bands like this wouldn't exsist, appreiate all music, even if its rap, its still music, it means something to most people, like eminem, all his music means something to him, people like lil wayne are shit.
But his music ovb means something to him... so yeah, if you dont like a band, dont listen to them, simples :)
Otherwise, the song is good. Quite imaginative guitarwork in the beginning, but sadly starts to be the tiresome open-string shredding which seems a mandatory for core-inspired bands. Shame.
The vocalist does a solid job, but I think he should vary more with different techniques to emphasize the lyrical lines more. The highpitched Hardcore-shouts get tiresome over time.
A band having a keyboarder and a sampler both fulfilling the same roles: Adding the electro-elements.
I see this going in the exact same direction as Slipknot where at least one of them tends to just stand around on the stage for viewing purposes only. And knowing the general metal-affiliated fanbase, it's likely going to be the one with the larger boobies.

@AlexDrums4Klunge, I agree! I think that nowadays music has turned into more of a fad than it has about what's actually being made. I think that bands like these more times than none have almost zero idea about how to play their instruments and just want to go with what's popular.
@panteralover23 Same here, although I can make an exception for some bands, and breakdowns can work and sound amazing, but the problem is that they all sound the same nowadays. I'm definitely more into proper Metal, Punk and stuff. It's bare effort finding original bands...
@AlexDrums4Klunge, I don't mean to really offend "scene" kids, but I just don't understand it. I'm more of a classic METAL, Punk, and THRASH man myself, and the whole terrible breakdown thing to annoying girly singing throws me way off. I have given it a try, but it's just not for me.

If all bands were the same, they would suck and more people would complain. They have their own unique style, which I and over 1. 278 seem to like. You have now two choices: Continue to complain or get the fuck out. People these days. Smh.

@RoyHeaven They have a similar sound but this kid is a bit higher and he actually has a bit of a pg squeeling sound! I agree but this guy i think is more The Devil Wears Prada in his sound! :)
I'd rather listen to this than the overexaggerated Asking Alexandria. They have maybe a few good songs off their first album but their newest one sucked more than Lindsay Lohan.
Checked it out, didn't like it. That's cool though, i'm not an elitist douchebag who tells you what to listen to. Keep it metal whatever the fuck it is you listen to.

P.S. I write metalcore, and post hardcore music, I know the pressure and the pain of falling victim of harassment... You people should be ashamed of yourselves... I have been at it for 15 years sunk under 10 desk tops and two lap tops in demos that eventually crashed all my computers because there were too many that sucked.. I had my hardships and sacrifices and I have nearly died for my music.... you don't know what its like and its not a life you should prey for.... why? because one half of the world is gonna hate you, and the other half of the world might love you... but eventually either way, you will known... and that's not an easy thing to live with.... you try being striped of all your privacy and time.... we become music.... our lives revolve around it on a daily basis, record, show, tour, fan mail, hate mail, drama, no time for ourselves.... it gets so stressful that some of us kill ourselves... you think that celebrities of any type really are the way they are on camera... hell no.... off stage we are tired, depressed, obsessed, and lost.... its the addiction.... the passion, and the adrenaline that moves us forward... because for us... there is no other way.... I have played drums since I was 7, guitar at 12, Bass, Vocals, synth, and a digital audio writer aka DAW at 15, over 1200 demos of bull shit that didn't work while trying to find the process that would allow me to do it on my own, and I found it... 8 years after I started recording.... now I am working on a full length.... mp3 formatted self produced demo versions of it.. I will be sending it to rise records and fearless records when I am done with at least 6 tracks.... My project is called I SEE DEAD PEOPLE.... and I intend to attack the compliance to society freaks and let the outcast have their say.... we wont be silenced.... NEVER!!!!!
