Fairly easy to get one-shotted at least in D5 Swarm/GAG. I know blessings fixes it but at least until you get it, Fu Xuan can easily die even with a tanky build.

Full-on DPS Fu Xuan will have to wait for better Harmony character to be released unfortunately. Sub-DPS is the best you're going to get at the moment.

I'm torn, I have a guarantee for Jingliu that I've been saving and I'm prefarming for her, but the last time Dreamy said "Yes" on a character was Blade and he became my all time favorite unit. And while I have Gepard and Luocha, Gepard doesn't always fit into team comps very well (like Seele or Blade teams, or any team with Bronya).

Pretty much every other guide focuses on her tank role, so I was looking for your own given you often look at things from a different aspect (completely changed my opinion on a few characters already). I used to cringe at "sub dps fu xuan" and took it as little more than a meme, but after seeing this it looks quite viable. Unfortunately, as I plan on gluing my own FX to mono quantum, I don't have the SP to spare for a 2 turn rotation so I won't be investing too much on crit, not until Hanabi is released at least. Speaking of guides, are you still working on the Welt one? I remember reading one comment about it, and I'm a bit confused if I should go for all in dps or get more hit rate + ERR rope for a more supportive role with Imprison. He does a good amount of damage, so reducing him to an ult bot doesn't sit right with me.
Yea, I was supposed to make a Welt guide but just too busy. Welt should definitely be built as a damage dealer but with an ER rope and a focus on EHR substats.

1. CDMG Body. 2. Only good in a way that Blade+Bronya could do the duo-element combo with Fu Xuan+SW. But as you said, they aren't that synergistic because no one is actually healing Blade himself than Blade himself through his ultimate. Fu Xuan's team healing is extremely low.
Can you go into why recommend Eagle set for Full support Fu Xuan and Signature, I picked up the signature as an additional healer effect, not realising Fu Xuan naturally has healing in her kit. Is it for the 2 turn ultimate rotation?
She's just so comfortable to use, even more so than traditional healers. After few hours trying her in some of the hardest contents, I rarely seen her teammates' HP turn to red. And that's without her signature LC (using Landau instead). As far as I can feel, Luocha's only distinguish advantage over Fu Xuan is just that he is so SP friendly. But he can't prevent one-shot kill especially for squishy characters. If only Im not aiming for Jingliu, I would like to get Fu Xuan's LC too.

Im a pass player. got her E1. I was wondering if you could give advice on whether to pull for LC? seems great value harmony cone and ER for consistent ult seems very appealing. Thought about getting argenti cone for QQ but FX cone also provides damage buff and can buff any dps that is slotted in her team. Thoughts?
My thought process on this is that considering Fu Xuan is already the best support currently in the game, I might as well give her something that will maximize her performance through her signature LC. I do recommend getting her LC but it really is up to you.

I dont really know how her E6 works and I cant really find info about it. Lets say if I have 5k HP, does it add a flat 12k damage to her ultimate? It seems kinda weak that way.
If you can cap it, yes, it works that way. Base damage always seems weak until it gets multiplied by multipliers. Remember that Blade's ultimate has the same mechanic but the damage increase is noticeable.
Tfw SW and Pela are on suboptimal relics and SW ults for 50k dmg which is more than my Himeko ever does. Edit: How does Pela pressing E makes her deal 60k ?? Holy shit.
I think the important question is, can sub dps Fu Xuan survive (around) 14 254,5 EHP worth of damage from Yanqing's ultimate ? If yes then you can tank the hardest practical content in the game for MoC 10. In SD, buffs can help you increase Fu Xuan's EHP. I'm not sure if I calculated right, lvl 90 Yanqing : 663 ATK * 625% multiplier * 0.86 (lvl 6 skill dmg reduction)
Here's the real important question, Why would you allow Yanqing to use his ultimate in the first place? You are no under any obligation to tank that attack, there's a reason it gets cancelled easily by breaking him.

But it means that FX on a sub dps role can fulfill the solo sustain role from the hardest content (without SD) which is nice. And in that case it means extra tankiness is less meaningful and can go into damage. But I'll think about it, thanks for the comment.

i want to ask dreamy, what are the difference between all-type dmg resist (March LC) and dmg taken reduce (Landau LC / Relic set) ? or it just translation problem (basically same thing)
RES is element resistance which is a seperate multiplier than reduce damage taken. They are multiplicative to each other. Problem is, March LC's reduction is too small to matter when majority of the damage gets redirected to Fu Xuan anyways. Think of it like this, March LC will reduce the 35% damage portion that Fu Xuan's allies take, that isn't really much. The most important thing is that you should have a lot of damage reduction on Fu Xuan, not her teammates.

Damage Taken by one ally with March LC and FX Talent are : 1000 (Damage assumption) - (1000 x 12% LC March x 10% FX Talent ) = 1000 - 21 = 979
2. And then, damage that will FX receive from one ally are (before LC March and DMG Reduce talent) : 979 x 65% FX Redirect Damage Effect Skill = 636,35 3. Then 636,35 x 3 (Number allies got hit by aoe) = 1909,05

By doing 2-turn ultimate rotation, it means she would trigger Eagle's 4pc effect much more frequently. Full support already assumes you are not doing a sub-dealer build so your gears should be defensive.
In Simulated Universe, 30% CDMG is pretty much nothing so she won't need her E1 there. Outside of SU though, not having her E1 is quite a huge loss especially when its so hard to boost her damage due to her HP scaling.
Ngl I went ahead to ran Fuxuan with Quantum peeps + Blade and was so surprised that she can solo sustain a team on MoC10. I dont even have her sig and just ran the M7 LC

I think it is justified. You don't particularly need more stronger damage dealer if you're concerned about future characters. It's always extremely good supports that has the biggest pull value.

Fu Xuan is absolutely crazy both game performance and luck. Got her to E2 within 90 pulls and her LC within 40. 10k HP, an absolute tank. Wish you all to have the same luck!

Funny thing is she gets 50% crit rate very easily. For some reason she has crit rate traces and with her own crit buff she has a lot of free crit rate

That's more like a main dps. Sub dps implies you have another dps in the team. And I think her LC is enough unless you have crazy expectations.

Remember that there's that ridiculous stacking buff in MOX6. It was max stack pretty early due to how Fu Xuan's skill works.

ER rope IMO. You'll have the option to guarantee her ultimate in 2 turns even if she doesn't get hit.
I think the important question is, can sub dps Fu Xuan survive (around) 14 254,5 EHP worth of damage from Yanqing's ultimate ? If yes then you can tank the hardest practical content in the game for MoC 10. In SD, buffs can help you increase Fu Xuan's EHP.
I'm not sure if I calculated right, lvl 90 Yanqing : 663 ATK * 625% multiplier * 0.86 (lvl 6 skill dmg reduction)
Here's the real important question, Why would you allow Yanqing to use his ultimate in the first place? You are no under any obligation to tank that attack, there's a reason it gets cancelled easily by breaking him.
@@LisaraScarlet Well sometimes you can't just break him like that which was what happened to me. But it means that FX on a sub dps role can fulfill the solo sustain role from the hardest content (without SD) which is nice. And in that case it means extra tankiness is less meaningful and can go into damage.

i want to ask dreamy, what are the difference between all-type dmg resist (March LC) and dmg taken reduce (Landau LC / Relic set) ? or it just translation problem (basically same thing)

RES is element resistance which is a seperate multiplier than reduce damage taken. They are multiplicative to each other. Problem is, March LC's reduction is too small to matter when majority of the damage gets redirected to Fu Xuan anyways. Think of it like this, March LC will reduce the 35% damage portion that Fu Xuan's allies take, that isn't really much. The most important thing is that you should have a lot of damage reduction on Fu Xuan, not her teammates.

Assuming the damage are AOE 1k (ignoring def stat) , using LC march (S5) which is 12% RES and Fu Xuan(FX) talent 10% DMG Reduce
Did the calculation works in order like this ?
1. Damage Taken by one ally with March LC and FX Talent are :
1000 (Damage assumption) - (1000 x 12% LC March x 10% FX Talent ) = 1000 - 21 = 979
2. And then, damage that will FX receive from one ally are (before LC March and DMG Reduce talent) :
979 x 65% FX Redirect Damage Effect Skill = 636,35
3. Then 636,35 x 3 (Number allies got hit by aoe) = 1909,05

It is possible but you cannot max out Blade's ultimate damage. Should be fine tho.

By doing 2-turn ultimate rotation, it means she would trigger Eagle's 4pc effect much more frequently. Full support already assumes you are not doing a sub-dealer build so your gears should be defensive.

In Simulated Universe, 30% CDMG is pretty much nothing so she won't need her E1 there. Outside of SU though, not having her E1 is quite a huge loss especially when its so hard to boost her damage due to her HP scaling.

Ngl I went ahead to ran Fuxuan with Quantum peeps + Blade and was so surprised that she can solo sustain a team on MoC10. I dont even have her sig and just ran the M7 LC
With a decent build team she’s one of the 2 sustain in the game that let you full auto moc10, she’s luocha tier in term of sustain for sure

I think it is justified. You don't particularly need more stronger damage dealer if you're concerned about future characters. It's always extremely good supports that has the biggest pull value.

Fu Xuan is absolutely crazy both game performance and luck. Got her to E2 within 90 pulls and her LC within 40. 10k HP, an absolute tank. Wish you all to have the same luck!
