I didn’t see any quality issues apart from glazing coming off, this happens on many luxury bags, it also depends how you use the bag and yours looks really beaten, all those stains on the leather, it doesn’t look like you take care of the bag, so I am not surprised glazing is coming off. Its an expensive bag but in the end of the day it is just a bag, which cannot be thrown everywhere and be expected to remain nice and tidy with no damage.
Its like buying an haute couture silk dress for a hike and wondering why it did‘t kept me warm and dry. I‘m buying and using designer bags for over 15 years now and hadn‘t any issues even near to that 😅
But Guccis quality is better than Louis vuittons. You used it every day and not treating it like a baby as you say so I guess that’s what happens. It looks older than it is.
I think if you were to take this to a leather repair/ Shoe repair, they could re-glaze and polish it, making it look almost new. If you use your designer bag every day for one year it’s going to show wear and tear. But think of bringing it to a leather repair/shoe repair is like taking yourself to the spa! Most baby wipes contain alcohol which will strip the leather of its natural oils. If I use my designer handbags frequently I will moisturize them every 3 to 6 months.
The bag looks filthy and as if it’s been thrown around without a care. It’s hard to judge how much of the damage is due to a careless owner or quality issues. No matter which brand it’s from, we still have to take care of our items. I will be embarrassed to carry that bag with all that visible stain and dirt. They created makeup pouches for a reason. We also have to take reasonable care when handling them not to scratch them and give them a good cleaning once in a while and condition the leather. This is just embarrassing honestly.
Thanks to education us... as a newbie with designer bag, it's an eye opening for me.. that even €2200 bag from famous designer can also fail... and only last for 2 yrs 😢

I can promise you this is a user issue. I’ve had my bag for two years and wear it frequently! One of the SAs at Gucci actually thought it was brand new when I wore it the other day. This bag is truly amazing !! I recommend it

You didnt say how do you made tbat scratches! Because if you let the bag come in contact with corrosive elemrnt ( like water not removed with soft leather, alcool ,) it is normal. The big price is due in my opinion to the one piece structure! Anyway there are 4 problems: 1) Some people noted defects of seams not stright ,2) The one piece leather not justify 3200€ of cost! 3) you can find better bags of the same type like ysainf Laurent Solferino o Celine or D . Gabbana 3.5. 4) closure is not so stable because you cant blok it! Apart this logo is a little bad! In my opinion
No bag should be used daily. Ever. If you wore the same pair of shoes everyday, they would look horrible. Sorry this happened to you. Have multiple bags in different price points and rotate them.

For the first you are right For the second you are wrong! IS Leather not Kevlar! You cant abuse of it! It is not a problem anyway!!!!! A good artisan Will change all! Whit a top genuine leather. Unfortunately corners can only be changed but not replaced with different type. I suggest go to Valextra bags Iside or bag reporter!!! Or Dolce Gabbana Sicily! Corners have no weak points! Abd are more durable!!!! Leather is more easy to replace when will break!! Anyway You must ubderstand all material will break also nylon!!!😁 especially smooth leather!!!!!!🫡

I didn’t make the scratches, I don’t have claws lol. I used the bag for one year and due to its shit quality, it got nasty. That’s all.
