Bridge really deserves praise here as how easy it was to implement the same scene with Blender. The only extra thing which I like about Corona is its preset lumin feature. In Blender there are some paid addons which does similar service but otherwise you are on your own and it is best to use composite for light variations.
The Corona render plugin has been in development since 2009, when there was no such thing as a corona pandemic. I wonder if they're going to rename it.
Hello, so do you how can I export the materials from bridge to 3ds as a "CoronaMtl" and not a "Standard Surface" Material? so I don't have to manually change the material so that Corona can recognize it.
holly cow, it look so damn easy, but i know its hard, im studing architecture and i´ll love to learn how to create renders like this, for school projects i use Revit and Twinmotion, but this is on an other level
Please just a question: can You kindly specify the Workstation (cpu-ram-video card is enough to understand) so I could understand if my workstation is ok to switch and invest money to Corona and the other software? A kind answer would be glad :-) Thank You in advance.
recreating this with C4D Corona, I've noticed the light intensity is much higher in C4D than in 3DS Max, I've found it super hard to recreate these ligth settings.
Hi! Possibly going to happen in the future! As we made a LiveLink for it very recently and plan to add more features to it in the future, we might live-stream it and do some tutorials. Follow us on socials and stay tuned! ^Jin

So I built a similar scene in C4d / similar lighting setup but mine doesn’t look nearly as good or real. The wall in mine has much larger lines between the concrete tiles / much less detail. Also the statues are much browner than in your scene so the contrast is odd. Do you think it’s because the Corona lighting / sun setup is much better than the pro render lighting? And is it an 8k scan vs a 4K. I used the 4K scan based on the plan I just bought with Quixel. I’d really like my scenes to look as real and well lit as yours. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! Ken

I’m not a Corona user but still find value in seeing these workflows and seeing how I can implement them in how I work 💪🏾
Been looking for tutorials on Corona like this for a few weeks now. You've explained how to mix materials from megascans perfectly! Thank you!!
You're most welcome, glad you found it useful. :)
Wow the first time I have a video in my recommendations that came out 10 seconds ago xD. Nice video
This is absolutely insane
I honestly wonder how different replicating this tutorial in blender would be, thank you for the content once again Quixel, keep it up
Given that these are all really basic techniques, it should be very simple and not very different at all, I'd wager. :)

Awesome. This teached me the importance of proper UVW mapping in archviz, thanks!
Wonderful sculptures and models always brings realism.
Nice scene, bravo Chop! :)
Excuse me, create a museum in what ?
I thought the same thing 😂😭
exactly XD

Could you re-create this scene in UE4? Would be interesting to see a comparsion.
Finally, Quixel did sit near me! :)

Very interested in this software. Is there a built in still image camera possibly?
Are you using 4k scans in this or 8k?

Just recently subscribed to Quixel megascans. It'd be good to see some Unity integration videos.

may i ask what kind of hardware would i need to do this kind of work similar to this scene? like gpu and cpu? thank you.
At corona render, gpu don't effect to rendertime. only Cpu render.
@@tommorow_jh Thank you.
Can u do the same thing with Maya please.

What about Quixel and Corona for C4D?
why i don't have Export settings in Quixel Bridge?

well this didn't age well
Sorry but I can only confirm.
true lol
What do you mean by that 😂?
@@sarahdr95 It could have aged butter.
@@rusticagenerica I mean what is the tea behind this 🥴
It would of been if you walked around the finished level, to get a better impression of the visuals.
yes however this is not rendered in a game/realtime engine like UE4 or unity, this is an offline rendering workflow :)
a bit slower would have been great...sometimes its just super fast...
damn 3dfrikin max im out.sigh C4D that way...
