I met Nikki while working as a hostess at a restaurant in Fort Lauderdale beach, at first I didn't recognize her, she was very petite in person (I always thought she was tall because of Rosalie). I was in awe of how cool her presence was and just how uniquely beautiful she is. So while I was writing her name down on the waiting list, I finally realized I recognized her and said, "Are you who I think you are?" hahaha She was like "Yes!!" I was so excited, she offered for us to take a picture together, we hugged and she was incredibly sweet, just as she is in this video :)
Nikki is such an amazing person, just look at her, she's so sweet and friendly and kind, and also how she cares so deeply for the environment - like wearing and promoting shoes made out of ocean plastic, that's such an inspiring concept, showing just how beautiful sustainability can look! She really cares so much about the planet and animals! And she is a really great role model because she isn't just an environmentalist, but also an actress, a singer, a business owner, a writer, a mother, etc. I really don't understand why so many people hate on her so much because of relationship drama and stupid gossip - she's clearly such a beautiful human being, inside and outside.

@Rawr Lion yes you are right but also celebrities who make these lines always come up with high prices, claim it's because of sustainability etc. but then you look at other sustainable, local businesses and realize that the prices don't have to be so high, even if it's sustainable. There's always the added value of buying stuff from celebrities which makes their products pricy. Even the fact that they start a line of products which already exists in the world - we don't need that, we don't need to grow diamonds in California, we need to stop fires in California and take better care of water sources... These celebrities can call anything environmental today but then sell their items all over the world like bye sustainability, profit is more important. If they really wanted sustainability, they would sell their stuff only locally - they have enough contacts to actually sell the stuff even if they only do in person shopping, they can also manage more shops at various locations and thus create MORE jobs etc. But the real question is if we even need more product and if we should support consumerism like this when there are enough products in the world, even enough products like this.

If people / celebrities want to promote sustainability then why don't they create something for the same price we get stuff from Topshop or Other Stories - things are still expensive from there but at least it would be more affordable for us to be sustainable too. I'd love to be sustainable but unfortunately a lot of sustainable places that have cheap ish clothes are all looking like they've been made for a granny.
