Honestly I actually prefer shorter videos because there's so many other home tasks for us to do that it's tough to watch the entire video when it's long. I totally agree you need more free time with your family, they're all so sweet & special.

About Pumpkin seeds. Last year I put my seeds in my cusinart air fryer toaster oven on for 20 min. They turned out very crispy and good. Wanted to give you an easier tip to get an air fryer and bake the seeds in fraction of time.

Shadia they also have an Australian manuka honey .. we have access to fresh honey here in QLD the bees collect the pollen from our tea trees.. which are in abundance where I live... secret to honey is never use a metal spoon or knife to touch the honey .. it actually kills the enzymes .. always use plastic or environmentally safe bamboo spoons or knives

To fix the shadows on your gopro You need to go into your regional settings and change the HZ settings to 50HZ or 60HZ depending on what it's currently set up to.

Moe those black lines on your camera are caused by the video frame rate or the hertz rate witch is in sink with the led lights witch are pulsing at the same frame rate as your camera.
Some country's have different hertz in the power from the grid in new zealand our power is at 60 Hertz in the usa the power grid uses 50 Hertz
Different led lights pulse ad different frequency's so fast you cant see it with the naked eye.
Its like when you film helicopter blades some frame rates you film in the camera can make it look like the helicopter blades aren't moving.
Try using different light bulbs in those spots or if your camera has a hertz setting in the menu try changing the hertz to 50 or 60 Hertz or try filming in a different frame rate.
Sometimes you can also see this effect at gas station on the led gas price signs in front of gas stations.
When you drive past them with dash cams see the led signs that look like they are flickering but you cant see it in real time with your own eyes..
