how to make sudanese sakheena / طريقة عمل السخينة السودانية

hello everyone, here’s the ingredients along with the steps to make sudanese sakheena.
Ingredients:
- two tomatoes
- two onions
- salt, pepper
- minced garlic
- tomato paste
- peanut butter
- ground coriander
- oil
- hot peppers
- bread
Steps to make the sakheena:
1) chop two onions and two tomatoes into fine square pieces. In a pot, add oil to it and add the chopped onions until golden.
2) once the onions are golden, add the two chopper tomatoes and mix it well together. Add minced garlic and mix.
3) Add four cups of water and stir, let it boil for a few minutes and two more cups of water. Let it simmer.
3) Add salt, pepper, ground coriander, tomato paste and mix well on low heat. You can also added two hot peppers for more flavour.
4) in a small bowl add peanut butter and mix it with water until its liquid and add it to the pot. let it simmer.
5) add pieces of bread to a plate and add the hot sakheena on top and enjoy :)
