    The exercise trains the contraction and expansion of the pupil, strengthening the iris muscle. This leads the retina to benefit from increased light, relieving the eye tension.
    Instructions:
    • The exercise can be performed early in the morning or before sunset.
    • Close your eyes and direct them towards the sun. You should never look towards the sun with your eyes open.
    • The eyelids should remain closed naturally, avoiding tightening or squeezing.
    • Rotate your head calmly from left to right and vice versa, keeping a regular rhythm.
    • To facilitate the rotation of the head, bend the arms while keeping the hands on your hips.
