Buddhist Emptiness | A Path to Discovering Your Buddha-Nature

- The Buddhist concept of Śūnyatā, translated as "emptiness" or "voidness," is a philosophical idea that asserts that all phenomena lack inherent, independent existence or self-nature. Instead, all things are interdependent and interconnected. Śūnyatā is intimately related to the concept of Buddha-nature which refers to the potential for enlightenment that exists within all beings. Buddha-nature itself is not an independent entity but empty, like everything else. This understanding helps practitioners perceive it as a means to realize enlightenment #shorts

DHAMMA IS RISING 🙌
Encompassing the chaos are systems of order containing the chaos, and when you see the order of chaos you will see there is very little chaos in the world, in your life. Walk your path, the world will take care of itself.
Could you recommend any lectures ?
I want to hug everything and everyone after hearing the video here, since I can't I will keep trying to be healthier every passing moment while giving myself forgiveness if I fail.
Nagarjuna was a great Indian philosopher from India. Love from the land of Buddha
Wow. This really hit me. I haven't shared this but with only a couple of people. This video compels me.
I had an experience on Mt. Shasta while fasting and meditating years ago in which I experienced true emptiness and bliss. It changed me. It was what the bible describes as "peace that surpasses all understanding." I felt completely empy, a kind of emptiness that opens one's being to perfect interconnectedness. When I stood up out of this mediation and looked at the sand, the trees, the sky, I knew I was looking at myself. It left me with a calm and peaceful bliss for a month straight. But I didn't know what to do with it and as I went back to life, back to work, it faded.
This experience and it's fading over time taught me how important it is to use it. To cultivate it like one does a seed until it sprouts, then flowers. This sacred light that is within us requires steadfast, immovable care. This video brought me back to a special place.
I can't thank you enough ❤
Ohhhhh, that sounds nice. Thank you for sharing

This concept has also been explained as "the Antakharana", or Webb, of life. Thus, the interconnectedness of all life means that we all can share in the consciousness of God. Also, what affects one part of life affects all. If a soul attains to Nirvana, or the Ascension, it draws, or magnetizes all other souls upward. Consequently, a soul in turmoil can have a negative effect on other parts of life. Jesus taught this concept also when he said: " And l, if l be lifted up, will draw all men unto me"." I am my brother's keeper" also speaks to the importance of this concept. So the philosophy of someone asking to be left alone to do as they please as long as they aren't bothering or affecting anyone else has never been a valid request because it violates this concept of Cosmic law. So the earth will not take care of itself contrary to some beliefs. We are all of us responsible for the fate of the planet since God bequeathed to us that responsibility. God also gave to us, and made sacrosanct, the law of free will, but it is mankind's misuse of free will that has always been the fly in the ointment of life. The Masters admonish us to become " Masters of free will" first, which will enable us to make the correct choices in our lives and to freely choose the path of enlightenment.
What a great explanation and I couldn't agree more 🙏🕊
True ❤️
Like thich nhat hanh
With the inter-being🙏🏽
Dzogchen (the highest teachings of buddha) state of nodal oe emptiness; How we describe light in absence of dark. How can we explain happiness in absence of suffering. How we define good in absence of bad.
Thus, good n bad, suffering and happiness and light and dark are one nature. They all depend and supports each. Emptiness is oneness in everything.
Amen
❤❤❤😊
If everything is empty then define it better.
🔥
Then is there any way to attain Nibbana (The enlightment) in Buddhism??
Masculine yes. It is emptiness. Feminine is fullness yet those combined is perfect Unity.
Tathata is translated as suchness and could be also seen as a fullness of reality within emptiness. Emptiness is still within conventional reality, but it also opens the doors of insight into Buddha nature.
Sunya Is a Sanskrit word , Buddhism have a lot of knowledge taken from Vedas and Sanatan Dharm scriptures ❤
don't forget bhuddha was Indian
na munaa
tell me about sunyata according to the your vedas etc
Buddha rejected the Vedas.
😂😂 it is nothing to do with Vedas or Hinduism. Sunya is a Prakrit work. Shunya is sanskrit. Mahayana sanskrit agamas traces its origin in Prakrit Tipirakas not Vedas.😂
Makes sense
it is also called the madhyamika school of Buddhism
Only 0,01 people understand this deep teaching...that Buddha is in every soul
Your new subscriber here.
A person who has forgetful mind can be refilled with new thoughts and ideas day to day but unless U can hold on to the important stuff there is no point in learning to be at peace
Even emptiness is empty.
Shunyatha also says that soul is not true and human exists because of the organs and surroundings n not by a invisible soul
Only soul exists. Matter is illusory
@@Ardi_Kos soul is not made from matter so it is not real
@Ardi_Kos even after so much discovery and explanation about matter and atoms, your thoughts really amaze me
@@Ardi_Kos you should listen to the story milinda panha
@@Ardi_KosThat's advaita.
In japanese buddhism it's not emptiness there's only empty minds. You miss understood the concept.
....oke, ecosistemul...😊
I'm from the place where Nagarjuna is born😁
So what about something that is not connected to anything or dependent to anything?
I’ve thought about that but couldn’t figure out anything that is independent… can you?
Enlightenment……
Questions like... What happens when we die? Why are we here? What is existence? What is conciousness? Am I really just an "advanced" ape on a wet rock floating in space? Are we alone in the Universe? What caused the Big Bang? Where does the Universe exist? Is there a god or are there gods? Why is there something rather than nothing? Existential OCD is a helluva drug.
FACTS💯🎯
THATS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED COMMON SENSE 🤣
Nah fr tho🤧
sir what you this about Ai soon i fear all religions people soon will adapt this technology become lazy and not looking for true skill instead depend something smart than us. what our all religions predicted about Ai 😢

Dude🤌
we had a great time last night ❤❤
The ALL is ONE. The ONE is ALL. If you experience Oneness (which is the same as wholeness) , that experience never leaves you. Everything is ONE. Words fail at the level of Oneness. The word 'emptiness' doesn't mean anything to me.
Then emptiness is Enlightenment ?
Enlightenment is Nirvana?
So just being “empty” is being in a state of nirvana ?
The realization that all phenomena are empty helps in attaining nirvana (enlightenment). Because nirvana itself is empty and thus part of the web of interconnectedness, it helps practitioners feel more empowered to attain it. The concept of emptiness is encouragement and a motivation boost to attaining nirvana but nirvana is not about being empty. It’s about extinguishing all suffering.
You cannot argue logic and understand nirvana!
Mahayana is cult of Buddhism, many of the Buddha teachings were amended and modified to suit their own by some rebels monks after Buddha passed away! Only Theravada holds real and true Buddha teachings. So only Theravada should be addressed as Buddhism!
Not true ! You’ve this ignorance because you haven’t read Mahayana sutra. Mahayana has to rely on Theravada for early doctrines. So if you don’t know please ask.
All atoms are empy 👽
These are Hindu thoughts...Buddha expanded hinduism,... And the thoughts that were already existing in Hinduism
Hindu gods were fighting each other like bad neighbors , why? Even shiv , vishnu , bharma , shiv beheaded his kid for what ? Bharma married with his own daughter , krishna marrird with mom why ? Nonse ?
This is years of false conditioning and misinformation and religio-political manipulation u have been subjected to my friend. Also all the Indians are victims of wrong and adultered history.
No. They are nothing to do with hindu thoughts. Wheras they are against the Vedic principles.
Study more on hinduism bro
Who created the nature? I almighty God
No body created anything
Budhism is an atheist philosophy
Nature is empty according to buddha. It appears to be full to the ignorant.
