stumbled on the page i just bought the big bundle at the weekend but need something for my caravan that i can leave there with my rods etc this looks perfect
I have the fox edges tackle box which is excellent. But as a roving angler I found it too big for my Drennan roving bag. After watching this video I bought the Korda basix and find this much better. It’s well made, and it’s compact size is ideal for fitting in my bag. If I was the sort of angler who just set up at a swim and stayed there all day then I would have stuck with the fox but as a rover, hunting out chub and barbel the basix suits my needs best.
The small box is an amazing and very ideal tackle locker. I am an angler that always thinks about staying light and mobile, and for me has everything I need to do a 48hr with ease.and can fit in my bucket when I'm going stalking
@@CaravanCarpers All good pal. Yourself. Just been getting gear and bait ready for my mission on my local res. Never really done a mission on it. So here it comes and Pbs hopefully gunna get me the bites. Not gunna be easy.

I've switched again to the korda compact organiser, the one with the handle on top. Fits all gear in and my tackle box in underneath, then that goes in my ta rucksack.
Hiya mate, I know you've said in some other comments that life's been hectic but are you going to be doing any more videos soon? We're all still eagerly awaiting this Fox box review 😂. I do enjoy your Tackle Tuesdays and looking forward to more. All the best.
interesting lee ..i dont use any of these new tackle boxes so looking forward to the fox comparison...i use a ..Trakker NXG Carp Fishing Tackle And PVA Storage Pouch..which i find perfect....
Hi Kev, i have both them in the Small and Large, good bags to be fair. I dont like material as it takes on water if that makes sense. Which one do you use? A plastic tackle box like these is a much more compact and space effective solution in my honest opinion that why i moved over from them and ive never looked back but if it works fine for you dont change no need too 👌🏻
@@CaravanCarpers yeah i use the large ..but yeah i have dried it out a couple of times when im stalking and ya get a downpour...that y im gonna wait for ya fox review before i make a decision if i want to change or not...

Have you seen the nd tackle fox and korum tackle box mate they all making the same stuff now but korda is the best imo have you tried the korda hook box yet amazing bit if kit
Hi Chris, i buy the stuff to use in my fishing so it would mean spending £45 on a tackle box purely for a review, if i could get companies to send them me it would be a different story but at the same time some of them wouldn’t want me to be as honest as i am. The ND looks smart i like the removable compartments and that so does the Korum to be fair.
Hi ya Lee nice to see ya back and we'll mate. I was at the Epping Carp show on sunday just gone and it wasn't a bad show The first one I been to did you go? @@CaravanCarpers I've got the Nd s9s I think there amazing tbh no problems what so ever. the only thing I'd say is that I'd like them to add bite indicators that connect to the usb that would light the bite indicators up lol
That fox edge medium is twice the price of the Basix (even more if you go for the 'loaded' version with the extra inner boxes) but definitely a better design than the Korda, as it doesn't tip over on your lap when opened (unlike the Korda), doesn't open in your rucksack (unlike the Korda) and doesn't have the pointless magnetic rig box wasting space.
Hi pal thanks for watching pal. Yea its just come out so i expect the price to come down slightly to match the Korda in time. Looking forwards to reviewing it 👌🏻
I wasnt sure what one to go for all very well made just the odd things that I wasnt sure on but then korum brought out there new tackle box so for £30 the fully loaded one was at mu door. Couldn't believe how well made it is. I may be the only one to say this but I'm well chuffed with the value for money. Could be one worth reviewing bud.
@@CaravanCarpers got to be the builder quality. It's a really hard thick plastic so real sturdy and will take the abuse. Fully loaded comes with the scissors and needle set. Again decent quality and a handy setup to have as there fitted into the inside of the lid. Them what really sold it for me was the rig safe they did. Keeps all the rigs secure and yet pull it out and all rigs played out nicely around this safe. Again quality build. Looks even better with a parker baits sticker on top Haha
Great video, only thing id say is i have all my hooks, scissors, crimp tool etc in the korda bundle box which by the looks of the basix doesn't have so would need something else to keep those bits so does that make it a false economy? Looking forward to see what you think of the fox box
