- Photographs taken by Eagle photographer Jaime Green from a helicopter on May 5, 2007, the day after an EF-5 tornado hit Greensburg, Kansas. The tornado destroyed, and in many cases leveled, about 95 percent of the town of 1,383 people. The twister struck at around 9:45 p.m., killed 11, injured 63, and caused around $250 million damage, according to the National Weather Service.
