the rotations probably aren't perfect, skill and adapting is very important in abyss, could also be poor build quality, maybe not using the best weapon available, not having enough of a stat, etc you could also be putting your characters in bad team compositions
@@raspiethesovietI'm not a pro at 36*ing abyss but I am pretty sure positioning is your 2nd priority besides team compositions Spiral is such a pain for the average f2p 😩 p.s In case no one didn't know beforehand, you can accumulate spiral abyss stars on 1 or 2+ runs e.g 1st run only has 3* on 1-3 and 2nd round has 3* on 2nd floor, which makes it easier to get 36* but almost useless if you don't have the proper characters. This case, the ytber has c6 and fully built 4* characters. Which is probably better than the majority of our 5*s at c0

In 5.1 abyss, Sucrose won't make it for 12-1-2. C6 Chevreuse gives way better buff for Bennett and Fischl and even she's cutting it really close in this vid. Sucrose can be played on first half if you have both Xingqiu and Fischl available, but I have to reserve Fischl for the second half. "Theoretically", Bennett + Fischl + Xiangling can clear 12-1-2 if you can miraculously always keep the enemies grouped to be hit by pyronado. Realistically, this is not going to happen with how cringe the enemies in 12-1-2 are. For example, you'll never be able to keep the vishaps grouped up with overload. If you question is about in general and not just about the 5.1 Abyss, then the following 4* are good for duo/trio runs: - Tier 1 (always necessary): Bennett, Xingqiu, Fischl - Tier 2 (situationally useful): Sucrose, Chevreuse, Xiangling, Beidou - Tier 3 (niche - basically hyperbloom bots): Yaoyao, Kuki In the past, Noelle and Rosaria were usable in a duo / trio setting, but the DPS and mechanics checks have become a bit too absurd for them since Sumeru. They're still perfectly usable for full team 4* clear though.
@@reborn96_genshin Wow thanks for your detailed reply. I have personally tried 4 star only duo trio runs before and had success with it in some abyss like previous one where i use fischl xingqiu sucrose first half and bennett + xiangling 2nd half even tho it was very very close and required 40% atk buff cards on the hardest chamber. This time even with full teams of 4 star i barely cleared. 12-1 is the cringiest chamber of them all. So i dont think i will try to go through the pain of doing this challenge this time as i dont even have c0 chevreuse. Full 4 star team is as far as i would go. Will try again next abyss if its possible. And again thanks for taking time and providing a detailed reply.
TF Bennett applies too much pyro and too fast for Fischl to keep up. Even without TF, Bennett already occasionally overtakes Fischl as seen in this run.
Bennett's damage has 2 parts: raw pyro damage (based on ATK, DMG%, CRIT), and overload damage (based on EM). Overload is actually a significant source of damage, in single target it can take up about 50% of Bennett's total damage without Chevreuse, 30%-40% with C6 Chevreuse. In multi-target it can be even higher since it's true AOE whereas the raw pyro damage is mostly single target. The raw pyro damage is very saturated because of many ATK sources in this comp: Bennett's own ATK buff, weapon stat and passive, Chevreuse passive, Noblesse. This is also why Bennett doesn't run an ATK sand because of diminishing returns. The overload damage can only come from Bennett's own EM stat from his artifact, so running EM sand and EM artifact sets / substats is desirable. This is especially the case this abyss because the hardest chamber is 12-1 which is strictly AOE. For artifact main stat: - Sand: EM >> ATK - Goblet: Pyro DMG% or EM - Circlet: CRIT or EM There should be at most 2 sources of EM, otherwise EM will also reach diminishing returns. With Chevreuse C6, Pyro goblet and CRIT circlet are better than EM. For artifact sets: 4 Crimson Witch, or any combinations of 2 EM / 2 EM / 2 Pyro DMG% / 2 Normal DMG% / 2 Skill DMG% / 2 ER%, depending on the substat.
Overload plunge clears geo shield slightly faster than normal plunge. It takes 12 normal plunges to clear the full shield (see ua-cam.com/video/8o6lWfOFWYw/v-deo.html), while it take 2 overload plunges and 3 overload E to clear half of the shield (see 4:34). Spamming overload plunge would be the fastest, but then Bennett generates no energy. So I chose to interleave some E in-between the pyro plunge. At the end of the day, since there's 20s left on the clock even with bad shield RNG timing, optimizing for a few extra seconds in shield breaking doesn't really matter. If I want to really optimize 12-2-2, I would try to manipulate the timing for the shield generation instead (there're some tech where you can "trick" the enemy into generating the shield later - mentioned in ua-cam.com/video/Rmz0BpWOSvI/v-deo.html).

OMG HE HAS DONE IT YET AGAIN
IM GONNA LOSE MY MIND I WAS SURE YOU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO DO THIS CUZ OF CHAMBER 1
I could barely do 12-1 with Furina, if I hadn't have her - I'd still be trying.
I really need to spend some time in artifact domains...
You need the optimal rotation/strategy and iframing skills to do it too since spiral is about your overall dps
Very good now do it with 4 stars artifacts
Lool 😅

Why? Domains that drop 5 star artifacts aren't locked behind a paywall.
