- Divergent star Ansel Elgort is playing double duty alongside Shailene Woodley in the coming months. Not only does he take on the role of Caleb, Tris's brother, in Divergent, but the two will also act as young lovers in The Fault in Our Stars, another highly anticipated YA adaptation. We chatted with Ansel at Comic-Con about their dynamic and the "privilege" of getting to work together twice - if not more depending on the success of the series. Ansel also spoke about his "crybaby" status on set and what it was like taking on some of the more emotionally challenging scenes - warning, some spoilers ahead! SPOILERS-- That is like at Comic-Con (I saw a video), he says that "he is looking forward to working with Kate". Obviously stating how Caleb betrays Tris in Insurgent. He let out a lot more spoilers like this stating cast members names and weaving them into the movie questions.
+Lachlan Kaye just because he said hes looking forward to working with Kate doesnt mean he spoiling anything!! That just means that Kate Winslet will b starring in the movie!! And that was already released to the public bfore the movie even came out... So yeah all he spoiled was that his parents died...
Jada W Have you seen it? The way that the crew all laughed "inconspicuously" clearly states that it was a spoiler moment. And anyway I didn't post on here to be commented back and forth so I'll just stop typing now.
Man, Ansel is a walking spoiler. BUT I just love how real and relaxed he seems talking with this interviewer. He seems like a lovely person.

i'm so glad he explained about his auditions between Fault in Our Stars and Divergent, because I wondered if they got the part because they knew each other in Divergent, but no they both auditioned for each movie seperatley

yeah, have you read city of bones? Because the book was actually decent and that was why I was annoyed with it more, not just because it was boring. Anyway I posted this before I saw the film hence the fingers crossed and I'm not saying in the story line, goodness no I'm like those annoying critics but I mean success wise :hunger Games was a huge success but the city of bones fell flat on its face at the box office
