Conclusion: well normal performance is good as you can expect , but the Ray Tracing performance is really intensive , even though the textures and models are not that best or maybe its just AMD optimization issue
I have the exact same GPU, CPU is Ryzen 7 1700 and i'm not getting stable 60 fps in the open world for some reason. It drops between 45-56. 32 gb ram and i'm on the latest drivers. Any suggestions what may causing this ?
if you are playing on 1080P , then its 100% due to the cpu bottleneck, either upgrade the cpu or play at 1440P to reduce the stress from cpu and put more in the gpu
@@govanni2224 Try to play on higher resolutions to put more load on the gpu,for me this helped. I play on 1440p with graphics maxed out and i still have fps deops but not so noticeable.
@@NiksonLichev yeah i play on 1440p but the stuttering is really frustrating in the dlc. im starting to think my gpu is broken but i really cant be sure. cant say if its my problem or just the game
Hey bro, I have a Ryzen 7 5700X and the same RX 6650 XT with 16 gb 2666mhz at dual channel, I most of the times get 60FPS, but there are some areas that for some reason drop to 40fps and gpu usage drops to 50-70% ish, what do you think it could be?
there are some areas in the game where optimization is not good and it drops fps in many systems , my understanding is that in that area it gets cpu bottleneck heavily so the gpu usage drops even more and the cpu can't provide 60fps in that part. there are 2 option you can try either to use a more high end cpu like a 5800x3d , or bump the resolution up to 1440P to put more pressure in the gpu . try this ,

6000 and 7000 series really just have rt accelerator cores and not pure RT cores so thats why rt is so heavy on AMD gpus

@@BMARK69 Thanks. Will test today

I play on 1080P Max Settings, RT OFF btw
