    Verry nice presentation of a pocket knife. Much more then only showing the tools at home on a kitchen table. Thanks.

    Vad roligt. Hade nyss skaffat mig en Victorinox med såg. Håller fullständigt med: Sågen är viktig i skogen.

      You can never get enough of SAK, although one SAK is all you need! ;-)

    Hello! Very nice video! If I can suggest, put the saw, cutting edge down on a piece of wood and scrape the ferrord onto the back of the saw instead of scraping with the saw on the ferrord...it will be less dangerous! Take care and upload more vids like this. Thank you!

    • @HeavyMetalHiking
      @HeavyMetalHiking  Рік тому +1

      Thanks! That is a god method to avoid that the saw folds on your fingers or cuting yourself on the sharp teeths!

    Wow superb video Huntsman is always the king of victorinox I use mostly the Huntsman for hiking,and in woods. Mine is black colour.. and I don't know why you are struggling to chop so tuff.. ita a nice blade and sharp.

      Thanks! I also think that the Huntsman is the King! I only chop this one for fun, I don’t think anyone should use this kind of knife like this. It managed it though! Great knife!

      It’s a ”hunters pan” from a Swedish Car Parts/low price store called Biltema. It’s their own namebrand, so I guess some OEM manufacturing.

    Great video man, how to do store your Sak's ?

    • @HeavyMetalHiking
      @HeavyMetalHiking  Рік тому

      Thanks, I store my SAKs in a simple knife clam case (I guess you can call it that), the kind with rows of rubber bands where you can fasten small knives.

    Om du klarar samma uppgifter med en EKA Art 597, är du 'the king of knives'. 😊

    Mina favoriter är Handyman, Swisschamp, Hercules och Forester. Har lite attityden att det är bättre att ha verktyg och inte behöva dem än att behöva men inte ha.

    Prefiero un hacha,la navaja para comer

    • @HeavyMetalHiking
      @HeavyMetalHiking  Рік тому

      Sí, a mucha gente le gusta el hacha para trabajar la madera y eso está bien. Personalmente, ¡me gusta tener un cuchillo que pueda usar para todo!

    Sorry but your Metal is not heavy enough for me. I watch you struggle with more naive trying to saw and use the little blade. My fingers itched for you to simply reach over and get your real saw or your large blade. I can only believe that a real woodsman like you would only use real items and have them at hand. Personally I have tried to use the multi tools and never found one I want it in my hand except to give it away to a nice person who will feel happy to receive what he does not know will not work. If I carry multitools.... it is to be as gift.
    Do understand---- I do buy only Swiss army knives and only as a collector to enjoy looking at them.
