The thing YOU say most often, in almost every video, is " titular." I thought "cowabunga," was in the Simpsons 1st, but also,"don't have a 🐄," and "eat my shorts."
It would be more fun and inclusive if you broke this category down by generation. There are so many fantastic phrases from decades ago, some that have become such a part of our culture that we forgot they came from TV (i.e. "Good grief"), that it would be enjoyable to see them in their own list(s). Give us our Gen X and Boomer content! Honor thy elders. 😂
Mine that I use all from Gilmore girls: “Huh!” , “ people are particularly stupid today “ , “ oy with the poodles already”, “ did you ever know that you’re my hero..” , “we’ll hold hands and skip afterwards,”, “Cooooooonnnnnneeeessss” There are more but it would take forever😂😂
Isabella’s “Watcha doin’?” from Phineas and Ferb. I literally use it for myself, and like Isabella, I coined it my own. I don’t even like when my dad uses it
depends on the generation actually...both definitely belong here. I grew up with the 80s & 90s cartoon so I have always liked COWABUNGA ( but I also love the cgi series that gave us Booyakasha....too bad they canceled it for the horrible looking Rise of the TMNT... ) I made a funny :P

Steve Urkel's "Did I do that?" and "Look what you did..." Right on! I totally agree. This list seems to cater more to the millenial crowd. What about "Bang, zoom...to the moon!", "Whatchoo talkin' 'bout, Willis?", "Dyno-mite!", "Danger, Will Robinson", "I'm comin', Elizabeth!", "Good grief", "I want my MTV", "Homey don't play dat", "Hey...hey...hey" (Fat Albert), "Hey, HEY, Hey" (What's Happening?), and of course, "Schwing!!". I could go on,,,
When I was a teenager up north in the late 70's and early 80's people said "how you doin?" all the time. Long before Friends made it popular. Does anyone else remember that? And when it was super cold outside we would say "the hawk is out" I dont know why either. Lol.
"Eat my shorts" "What the Duce?" "Whose leg do you have to Hump to get a dry martini around here?" which is surprisingly well known despite being said on the show maybe 3 times over the past 20 years and maybe "I'm ready! I'm ready! I'm ready!"
My list for movie and cartoon phrases is: "It's Called A Hustle, Sweetheart." Zootopia. "Do you like scary movies?" Scream. "Tell them Freddy sent ya!" A Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master. "Don't You Believe It." Mouse Trouble (Tom and Jerry). "Graverobbing in Texas is this hour's top news story. " The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974). "Dee Dee, Dee Dee, What are you doing in my Laboratory?" Dexter's Laboratory. "That's All, Folks!" Looney Tunes.
I love it when it when a plan comes together- The A Team. One of the Pimp My Ride even reused that line once where he said I love it when a car comes together
"Don't do the crime if you can't do the time" is so ingrained in the lexicon that people have forgotten that it's from a cop drama called Beretta starring Robert Blake.
Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle. Bethany: Ok. I see the canyon. I see the transportation shead. But I still can't see the statue which is weird because it's like the most important thing in Jumanji. And it's huge. Fridge: THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Have people forgotten Al Bundy's "Let's rock!" call to action? And there's gotta be *something* from Buffy or Xena that could at least get an honorable mention. Indeed.
I use these catchphrases a lot... "D'oh!" "Bazinga!" "Is that your final answer?" "Yadda, yadda, yadda!" "How YOU doin'? "Could I BE...?" "Oh... my... God!!" "What you talkin' bout?" "Cowabunga!" "That's what she said!"
I tend to overuse Balki's famous line from Perfect Strangers "Don't be ridiculous!" But my favorite definitely came from Home Improvement: "I DON'T THINK SO, [whoever]" Thank you, Al.
This is awesome!! Yup most catchphrases I get from movies and TV shows!!I find it funny and fun!!I use most of these all the time with my fam haha!omg oh Joey!! Such a smooth catchphrase!yup me and my bros grew up with TMNT Soo we use cowabunga a lot!! hey that number one phrase, Jeff Dunham use it too!I also love using a bunch more catchphrases like Isabella's "watcha doing?" And SpongeBob phrases too like "I'm not a weinie" and "is mayonnaise an instrument?"
Funny, I do "wait for it" all the time, but I got it from half the stuff Aaron Sorkin wrote in the 1990s. Showed up quite a bit in the West Wing and Sports Night.
I had way too much fun reading this list...
You forgot Kiss My Grits and God Will Get You For That Walter!!

how you doin will always be the most iconic of all time
I use two chase phases and there are
“How you doing”by Joey and “Could I Be...” Chandler Bing. I use these about all the time
“You are the weakest link, good bye!”
Mine that I use all from Gilmore girls:
“Huh!” , “ people are particularly stupid today “ , “ oy with the poodles already”, “ did you ever know that you’re my hero..” , “we’ll hold hands and skip afterwards,”, “Cooooooonnnnnneeeessss”

I make that same Lorelai sound all the time!

Isabella’s “Watcha doin’?” from Phineas and Ferb. I literally use it for myself, and like Isabella, I coined it my own. I don’t even like when my dad uses it
"I know what we're gonna do today"
....hey....where's Perry?
The phrase is more than 20 years older than the show.
I love saying "watcha doing?" To almost everyone!I even did it a lot when I dress up as Isabella for a costume day(not Halloween) at school!
Not even "Did I do that?" -Steve Urkel.
Omg truuuuuuuuuue
I was waiting for that one too.
I think that lost favor once it became the motto of the Obama Regime.
Right!! Not even Wuz up from Martin
How you doin?
I tried to imitate Joey before, I ended up getting slapped
😂😂😂😂
xD for me it worked
Maybe because the girl was a fan of "Friends".
Not even a honorable mention for Barney’s “true story”?
I saw the title and I immediately thought of “That’s what she said”
I know it’s a reality show but...
“Not today Satan!” - Bianca Del Rio
#1 OH SNAP
everyone should know where that’s from
That's so Raven
My Name Is Earl
That's so Raven!
Also used in Chicken Little (2005), Trolls (2016), and more movies.
I got the line "WATCH IT!" from old cartoons and sitcoms. 👊 🥊 🤣
‘Bazinga punk, now we’re even’ was the best bazinga
RIGHT
😄
Raven Baxter “you nasty” better be on here
"I'm ready!" from Spongebob Squarepants.
Courage the Cowardly Dog, "The things I do for love" I say that all the time lol
And...This shouldn't happen to a dog

That’s what she said !
But people were saying that for decades before the Office, I heard it even in elementary school
I like this
Hannah Montana's "sweet niblets" is so ingrained in my vocabulary now, I say it without thinking.
Lol, I knew someone who use to say the "How you doin?" Line whenever I said hi to him. He used it on I believe all the women he spoke to. 😂😂
Wow! I thought, "did I do that" would be number 1. Damn was I wrong.
"Boom Roasted!" Is as Barnie would say "Legen...wait for it...dary" 😂😂☠️☠️
"SCREW YOU GUYS, I'M GOING HOME!" "RESPECT MY AUTHORIT-AY!"
CARTMEN
Let me just say, Brooklyn 99 has some amazing and iconic quotes
"straight of a telenovela" "i know, right?!?!" jane the virgin
Seinfeld has the best catchphrases. I use “No soup for you!” more than “Yada yada yada” though.
It's a simple process:
I see FRIENDS, I click.
Ya basic
My family implements Full House catchphrases pretty much daily. Most frequently used is "How rude!"
Winter is coming!
(Look at the month of December....)
Me: D'oh!
My favorites are Dyno-mite,Whatcha Talkin' Bout and Sorry bout that chief!!
"Bite my shiny metal ass" - Bender Bending Rodriguez
- also of note, I don't know where anyone would actually use this but it is my favorite 😀😂
How you doing got the queen of dragons smiling and blushing
blue wolf that’s what she said.
I'm shocked that "ya nasty" from That's So Raven is not on this list.
Also.. Oh snap!
I was expecting winter is coming haha
How about Joey’s catchphrase in Full House when he says cut it out?? 🤔
"whatch you talking about willis?" should have been number 1.
Friends definitely has most of the catch phrases we use.
Friends have so many
Cowabunga? More like Booyakasha!

newageBoundhippie I agree to that.
"AWESOME" Dean from Supernatural
also from Dean Winchester: "Son of a bitch!"
I don't even like The Office, but yet somehow I predicted it'd still be number one
"5 by 5", Faith's signature line from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Yeah, it should have been there. There's also getting the wiggins, what's the sitch and the one I use to this day...Ubersuck.
OK but 'noice', 'could I be...' and 'cool cool cool' should've definitely been part of this list
What about Janice’s iconic laugh and “oHhhH MiiiiiI GoDddDd”
“That’s what she said” was used by people way before The Office. I seem to remember guys saying that at parties in the 90s.
LEGEN....wait for it... DAAAARRY

"Morphinomenal" from Power Rangers
Cyborg's "Booyah!" from Teen Titans

Stewie's "What the deuce?" from Family Guy
Quagmire's "Giggity" from Family Guy
"Okay, but did you DIE?!?!"

Either Ya Nasty or Oh Snap.
One Tree Hill said 'That's What she said' that often, I thought they made it up 😂
Have you tried turning it off and on again ? (The IT Crowd)
GOT also gave us 'Oh sweet summer child'
I say Booyah in normal conversation. Got it from Kim Possible

*Thats what she said*
No Dy-no-mite from Good Times?
I was getting mad that “that why she said” wasn’t on and then the end came and I was so happy 😀. Love the office so much💖
It’s crazy how BURN isn’t at least top 3. Michale Kelso is a god.

Wow, i use "that what she said" alot. Didn't know it was from the office.
It's not, it first came out in the 60's, but got really popular in the 1990's with Wayne's World. The Office literally stole the catch phrase.
Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle.
