according to a new discord post (just posted today) by members of the pixels team, fuy gieri 2, fuy gieri 3, and fuy gieri 4, grants 75 reputations each. I guess the the first fuy gieri sadly doesn't give anything

You need to change your perspective. Land owners are not more important. There are only 5k lands that maybe 2000 people own. There are 250000 players. The land owners barely participate - just check their signs. If they don't participate they don't "deserve" your word to earn the lions share.
