I have tried every week to go for three days but never got past 44 hours. So I started this Thursday night and I will make it to 72 hours this evening. I'm home bound and mostly bed bound and have been very sick for a long time. But I have asked the Lord to please help me do three days and yesterday He eased my symptoms so I could press through. I'm 69 and alone so was afraid of passing out by myself. I'm going to make it this time and I'm praising the Lord! Thank you for your inspiration Angel. God Bless all here! @@sap3737 Thank you...yes I did do that. I actually have to add it to my water all of the time because I'm severely dehydrated. I don't see it breaking fast. And for some of us who are sick to begin with, we have to do what we have to as Angel said, with the Lord's direction.
I just finished a 3 day fast in obedience to the Lord, the first in a long time and prayed the Lords prayer and again to feed me with his "bread", the Lord is so faithful, i had no trouble or pains at all, he fed me with himself, i wasnt even craving anything, praise the Lord. Hello sister, I did my first 3 day fast 2 weeks ago. In my case the second day was the hardest . I prayed and read my bible as much as I could but the energy and the ability to focus was not 100%. I'm struggling with a harden heart,shame idols,feeling hard to get out of bed completely rebelling against God.... feeling trapped by the weight of my sins. Wanting to be different is the first step and does a lot. Keep going. I'm not a full fan of fasting. If you have difficulties with that, simply seek the Lord Run after him for help. Keep it simple. If you are able and feel personally called to fast, then do so.
I'm kinda ready to give up but honestly this is where need know God's character. I mean charismatics over value feelings and gifts and Ive seen pitfalls. You gotta know God. Like God's character doesn't change just because I feel like poo lately

I get Rhema words and phrases constantly. He communicates with me through songs. Some I’ve never heard. He lays the titles on my heart and I find them. Most are about Jesus and Rapture. It’s amazing. The fast before last I was driving on a road I commonly drive and I see a billboard type sign that says “Rhema word Ministies. I turned around to make sure I saw what I thought Excited for everyone. @@julieimholz There are different types and days of fasting. 3, 7, 21 and 40. Jesus did a 40 day dry fast without eating and drinking. The most common is 3 days water fast, 7 day liquid fast were you start for 3 days with water and add on the 4st day juices and broth. 21 days is the Daniel fast. Believers do it on their own without anybody guiding them.

Hi Angel , I did my first fast from 11pm last night til 4.30pm today , I don't no if that realy any good , but because of my medication I had to have by 6pm so I ate then around 5 pm . I don't drink coffee or have any caffeine ,an I don't smoke or drink any alcohol. I only drink water anyway an decaffeinated tea once a day . I am goin to do same now again tomorow til as late as I can . I prayed about this an I think il get better an it will become easier ,then try longer if I able ❤xxx

My fasts so far get ruined by circumstances, chores and work. I dont know what to do, fasting is pointless if cant sit with God or read bible. Kinda feel discouraged cuz mom and i got in shout match and she legit wants me in therapy now. Im just gonna fake way through it cuz most psychology is junk when you dont need it

Wanting to be different is the first step and does a lot. Keep going. I'm not a full fan of fasting. If you have difficulties with that, simply seek the Lord
Run after him for help. Keep it simple. If you are able and feel personally called to fast, then do so.
I'm kinda ready to give up but honestly this is where need know God's character. I mean charismatics over value feelings and gifts and Ive seen pitfalls. You gotta know God. Like God's character doesn't change just because I feel like poo lately

@@julieimholz There are different types and days of fasting. 3, 7, 21 and 40. Jesus did a 40 day dry fast without eating and drinking. The most common is 3 days water fast, 7 day liquid fast were you start for 3 days with water and add on the 4st day juices and broth. 21 days is the Daniel fast. Believers do it on their own without anybody guiding them.

Honestly I don't think ppl know year anymore when I was trying to warn ppl I said it wasn't 2024. It is funny some think is 2026 that's year my debit card expires. Hi Angel , I did my first fast from 11pm last night til 4.30pm today , I don't no if that realy any good , but because of my medication I had to have by 6pm so I ate then around 5 pm . I don't drink coffee or have any caffeine ,an I don't smoke or drink any alcohol. I only drink water anyway an decaffeinated tea once a day . I am goin to do same now again tomorow til as late as I can . I prayed about this an I think il get better an it will become easier ,then try longer if I able ❤xxx

I wanted to read my bible but before i started my mom suddenly came in.And,i was glad that my mom didn't see me.......😔💔.(that was stupid).
And,as i was just doing my chores,i felt this in my heart,i dont remember the exact words though.But it was about being scared and following Jesus,like ....the tone was NOT nice‼️The voice in my heart was saying that i cant do that,that i cant be scared,it was like in the form of a warning,an urgency.The voice in my heart was serious,like it was in the form of a rebuke.
I dont know if it was just a thought in my heart that came from me or it was God speaking.

Have u been feeling fear? Fear It's often opposite of faith. Could of been a firm chastisement. We cannot walk in fear. He Did not give us a spirit of fear but of powered love and of sound mind. He chastises those those he loves. Any other spiritual saying u can't do something is not of him.
