Fly Tying: Bonefish Squimp

    Maarten Bruinenberg ties a bonefish fly, that has a totally different action in the water than the patterns most people use. It's basically an adaptation of the squimp. But in my eyes this pattern is much better for bones in Mexico, Belize, Christmas island etc. I tie mine fairly small on size #8 hooks and I don't cut the end of my rubber legs anymore. I'll let them stick out just like the squimp is tied. Give this pattern a go on your next trip! it absolutely worked for me!

    if you say there we go one more time im going to die. and i agree superglue is not needed so much and should never be near rubber.

    10m thread + 10ml glue are 99% of the fly. Nice pattern but way to much waste!
