flowey's mental state being it's own boss fight is pretty brilliant honestly. he himself is actually fairly strong if only due to an absurdly high LV. i wish there was more that explored fighting regular flowey, because the possibility of him doing things like he does in Inner flowey is wild. instead most media just places him using vines and his pellets. when there is the potential for him to do THIS to anyone who doesnt have enough determination to resist. its worth remembering that his entire existence is basically a glitch in the universe. he got the power of determination by entering a non-monster body. he's not powerful against anyone with determination like a red souled human, but against anyone else? good lord does his own DET do work.
i wouldnt necessary say flowey is strong. i'd say hes rather the most experienced as its heavily implied hes done his own genocide route. though he never got past sans
@Reset2150676 experience a lot of the times CAN equal strength. Flowey I'd more akin to a player in his own game than a living being. So he can learn just like we do. Memorize every pattern. Maximize his stats. Etc.
Imagine putting this as a background music for drawing , starting immediatly the drawing after clicking then looking back at the screen two minutes later ...
if you look closely you could see it as flowey looking down at you with his head pointed up. i could get that. it's clearly a smile in-game tho i think

I think Deltatraveler strikes a good balance of grounded and disturbing for a normal Flowey fight.
