I appreciate this show, but the Bay Area has changed, food prices have skyrocketed, and dining out is not as fun here as it was what with restaurant staff stretched, everyone pandering to Instagram and vindictive Yelp reviews undermining many a good place. None of this matters, though. What matters is that many new Bay Area places close because again of the high costs out here. I try to celebrate good and honest food like at some of these places, but I always wonder how long they will last.
