This is excellent! I just listened whilst travelling to and from an exercise session with a trainer... we discussed what I had been hearing... she thinks very much in these ways, and some time back, studied CHEK... I am sure there are parallels. I will be watching the video and taking note of people mentioned, so I can explore further. Additionally I have been poised to join Peters Phoenix programme for older singers... now I think I need to!
I love this I often look at my cat and think she can call on energy to move just when she wants it and it all flows this is the kind of poise I look for in my singing
Sorry for the disturbance again and again mam....but it's a humble request ...please have a regular look over the comments regarding your video on under chin pain.. Because u r the one and only hope🙏🙏
singwisevocals thank you very much mam for your reply... The major thing which I want to ask from u and which u have not found is..in the comments of under chin pain video.. My three comments are there and u have replied to me the very first comment and very last.the pending comment is in the second reply of second comment(in between the two which u have replied).. Reply me fast as possible...its a humble request...because u r the one and only hope for me🙏🙏🙏
It's interesting what he said about the spine finishing half way up our "head". But how how we reconcile that with the fact that when singers sing really high, powerful notes, it helps to slightly tip the head back?
Au contraire, on high notes, it can help to release the chin downwards, while keeping the neck vertebrae "stacked back." It releases the airway. Try it!
Thanks for this! One of the best descriptions of the Alexander Technique that I’ve heard!

Peter is wonderful! Not only is he a gifted teacher and Alexander Technique practitioner, but he also has a very beautiful, gentle spirit.
Really great breakdown thank you!
