Although this seems to be a bit small and cramped, this is a BEAUTIFUL house. Extra points for an attached garage. I would love to see this on a larger footprint so the rooms would be somewhat larger. Not a big fan of a tv above a fireplace or having to lug laundry up and down stairs. With a larger footprint there might be room to put the laundry room upstairs with the bedrooms. Major kudos for the change of music in your videos!!!! Who is this?
Love the color palette and use of natural materials. I’d sacrifice the 2nd bedroom and put the laundry upstairs. And turn the first floor bathroom into just a powder room. Love the double French doors for the entry and the attached garage. I’m over the tv high above the fireplace - it’s not comfortable for binge watching and seems dated now. But overall it’s very pretty. 😍
What is wrong here is....the narrow staircase and the curve in it! How would you get those mattresses and furniture, tubs etc around that curve? Kitchen to small. But you do have some nice things as well.

There seems to be a place to put in stairs to the basement. Hooray! I would delete the fireplace and put the TV an an appropriate viewing height. The kitchen lacks enough upper cabinets and there's no pantry. With a few alterations this could be a good plan.

I love it. The kitchen is a little small for me personally but that’s because I’m a big baker, etc. and spend a lot of time cooking.

You e done a lot with only 900-1000 sq ft to work with. If this home had a master suite downstairs too, it would be perfect for our needs!

Yes, it's pretty. But it's tiny, cramped, narrow and tight. My apartment is twice as big, and that's not saying much.
