Nice to hear a great East Laaahndan (or Essex) lad showing the World how to do pork “right proper”! Thank you, I’m trying pork on the rotisserie tomorrow, and I’m going to copy your great instructions.
@@TheSmokinElk Up Pompey! Apologies for mislocating you! You still do a great video, just don’t impersonate Alf Garnet’s rants because it’s not allowed anymore! Pork was awesome, thank you!
Wow! Unreal! I don't have a webber, but I have just bought an electric Air fryer with rotisserie function. I tried a whole chicken yesterday and it was the nicest chicken I have ever eaten, free range of course! I will give your leg of pork a try today and tomorrow and will allow it to dry out in the fridge overnight and cook it tomorrow. Thanks for the video!
Great video Elky, those crispy crunchy sounds at the end made me dribble a little bit. Great tip about keeping the skin dry too, I always struggle to get perfect crackling so I'll be trying this out 👍
Loving your channel and videos mate 😀 from watching your videos Iv bought a cheap Amazon smoker to get me started. Any advice on what to start out cooking ? I bought big K coconut briquettes as I read a few good reviews. I wanna aim for cooking big brisket but not for my first cook 😂
Hello, I was wondering if you have tried doing a pork shoulder on the rotisserie as well and which one you prefer more. If you do a search over UA-cam and even the Internet, you will find out that there are more people doing pork shoulders on the rotisserie than pork legs. Is it because the leg has less fat (drier roast) and therefore would benefit from a braising (moister environment)?
Brilliant cook. I looks beautiful.... just a couple of points. Move your face away from the meat, don't touch it so much and move the microphone away from your mouth when chewing..... Happy Christmas mate.

I'm from Portsmouth but they sound a little similar! I hope the pork went well!

Hi. I've not tried pork shoulder but it should work just as well! If it has skin, you can get crackling!
