Actually, the super soul just nullifies the ki regen loss once you transform. But the damage buff is nuts, so it's super worth it. The only bad thing about it is the fact that it's a paid DLC super soul. That's it really, unless you wanna count a lack of any other buff, like speed, ki regen, etc.
pssssst use meditation especially with this soul enjoy the free 15 bars of ki and inscreased ki regen while also passively holding blue evo for 25 seconds u know like 1/4 of the average fight time
@@KeepingLocket44 hard knock away lets u pull off meditation (heavy attack + basic ki blast button) ive never failed to get it off if u couldn't get it off no one woulda played jiren as much also that passive counter GT vegeta dlc gives u would block a ki cancel if ur still concerned about that
Are those new transformation animations tied to the DLC? Cuz Super Saiyan transformations are still the old ones and I don't own the DLC. Very curious...

Actually, that's not correct.
It does give you a boost to ki recovery. Tested it in training myself.
Another good option is the finally warmed up ss. Ki regen, dmg buff, and movement speed
