Yes I faced this , try this, remove all ‘ full stops, commas, inverted commas, anything other than just words and sentences, remove all the colons , remove all this.
I had removed each and every thing I above mentioned and then it accepted and I had made payment.
Try and say if it works!

Only it should be words and sentences , no need of any other keyboard character I mentioned above,..
