Pretty sure the empire would have won if they were either behind the Xystons or went full charge with broadsides battieries firing instead of being in a distance.
The procursator is my absolute favorite star destroyer. I love the 3 triple heavy turbo lasers down the middle, kinda like seen on old ww2 battleships. Not to mention it just seems more practical than the regular ISD
@@devastater97 that doesn't really matter. It's sole purpose is ship to ship combat. If the empire used the procursator as the main capital ship in their fleets, while integrated an assault carrier like the venator, or something small like the quasar, it eliminates that weakness. Something like the procursator shouldn't operate alone to begin with.
@@fw.Dallas ISD's are fine, especially ISD I's, they simply need one or two support ships to cover them. Procursator's are good mid tier ships but I would still rank an ISD as a superior class of warship. PSD's simply can't fill the multitude of roles an ISD does. Now again I'm not saying the Procursator's are bad ships, just that it's very limited in what roles as a warship it can preform.
@@devastater97fair enough. Though, id still say, the ISD or ISD-2 would work better as the flagship of a fleet, with PSD's as the main front line cruisers, and stuff like quasers, and arquitens as the smaller support ships. (I especially dislike the ISD-2 because it has 0 laser cannons, making it extremely vulnerable to fighters/bombers)
I'm confused about something, I couldn't tell in this video but in other videos I noticed Tie Defenders being used by the Xyston fleet, but that doesn't make sense, since the Xyston Destroyers don't have a hangar, the hangar and storage areas were both sacrificed for the Superlaser
@@djducati7876Also TIE Defenders, at least in Legends, were holding their own against starfighters designed over 150 years later. TIE Defender is one of THE greatest fighters to ever be designed in Star Wars.
I do miss playing this game, I had a gaming computer back before Covid, would play and mess with the files all the time, generally changing things like hero health and bonuses or having capital ships spawn in their own fleets, but hit some hardships during Covid and sold my computer, one of the worst decisions I ever made

Indeed

Literally has no hangar bay for starfighters.

Not to mention Tie Defenders fell out of use by the time the Xyston Destroyer was created
I don't know why
Xystons have a hangar bay right behind the super laser. You can see TIE Daggers launching from it in the movie.

I'm sorry to hear that
