This is so nostalgic for me. The first few times I went here when I was eight I was too scared to go on dragon. Now I have progressed and stealth thorpe park is my favourite roller coaster.
I remember being terrified as a kid to go on this, and just watched my dad and older brother go on it. When I finally went on it I couldn't believe how fast and good it was, but obviously now I'm an enthusiast it seems like nothing, though this is still a great ride, especially for young me!
RaZoR EmBeRz I am absolutely terrified of roller coasters but once I’m on them I love them! X. Any tips for not getting nervous about the so called “ build up “ ?
I mean the best thing to do is to try and look forward to the ride and know what to expect if you're too nervous. I got over that fear by telling myself all I have to do is sit in a seat. But just remember roller coasters are designed to be fun and enjoyable.
I remember figuring out that the back row was more fun than the front row because the drops were faster. In that way little kids do, I thought I was such a genius for stumbling onto that and went around telling everybody because I had to share this new knowledge. The POSITION you sit in it makes the ride experience DIFFERENT. Has anyone else figured this out!? Yes, little me. Yes other people know this.
I'm going to Legoland next week and I'm a complete wuss when it comes to rollercoasters as I get nauseous so easily. Finally a rollercoaster that doesn't look too bad for me to go on. Thanks for the video. 👍🏻
r u sure? This rollacoster is a crazy one It will make your head bounce this way and that. Hint: plz, plz, plz, keep your eyes closed and don't try to push your head up.
Can remember as kid going to legoland on a rainy day, and there was hardly anyone there. Was great though as we were able to go on this as least 10 times with no queue waits.
I remember being scared to go on it at first. But then I manned up and went on it and it was the the most fun I had ever had, then I ended up going on it 5 more times 😂 it didn’t even get boring. Except every time on the second drop I would put my head down because I felt like I would whack my head on the front of the tunnel 😂
If we're talking progressions, when I was 7, I was scared to go on 'The Rhino' at West Midlands Safari Park, but braved it and loved it, and then went on this and loved it... now I'm a 33 year old enthusiast and my number 1 coaster is Intimidator 305 hahah
It is relatively tame for a rollercoaster, but it still caught me way off guard (by not being on thrillrides for many, many years since my teens really). The experience put me off going on the brand new Minifigure Races roller coaster (LOL).
Went here yesterday. As soon as we reached the outside section it began pouring with rain and on the second drop the rain was slapping our faces and it actually hurt 😂 After we got off staff members in night costumes and with wooden swords ran out into the rain and started fighting the rain with the swords and singing "rain rain go away" and dancing 2 minutes later the rain stopped. Thanks nights LOL
this coaster absolutely traumatised me when i was younger. But who’d’ve known that roughly 10 years later that id be enjoying the likes of icon at blackpool pleasure beach
Ah the memories... I remember when i was 10 and going to England a second summer in a row, and going to Legoland riding this coaster, i remember how much i loved it and begged my mom to let me go again. It's just like i remember it, it was almost two decades ago now, two years after it was built apparently
I remember the time I went on this ride, I wasn’t scared. Being stupid, I screamed anyway for the speed. From then until Tuesday, my throat hurted SO much!
When I first went on this ride I was like 7 and I was so scared then after one go I forced my family to go on it more, we went on this ride 3 times in a row. Now when we go to legoland it’s the first thing we have to go on.
I went on this today a some kid decided to push the emergency button so everyone thought there was a fire Everyone started to freak out cause it was as soon as we got on and started to go
Do you have to get permission from the park to film on rides for UA-cam? I've looked online and the terms and conditions have an email and help site for filming for tv programmes but there is nothing about UA-cam
The UK theme park channel unfortunately filming at all of the Merlin parks is banned (mainly the coasters) therefore if you email the park and ask you will be told you can't film !! However if you hide your camera/phone in your pocket and start filming once you leave the station you will be fine as long as you don't get caught ! Once it's on UA-cam there's nothing they can do about it because it's for health and safety reasons and not copyright unlike at the Universal parks
The UK theme park channel most smaller parks don't mind you filming at all as long as you the correct equipment like a GoPro with a chest harness or a handle and strap !!! Most reasons for none filming at parks is because of people using there mobile phones and dropping them i.e. health and safety reasons
easily one of the best coasters ive been on. cant wait to go back in august 2018 ahah EDIT: some of the drops may scare the actual piss out off you lol
Ninja Potato ...The dragon? How can someone be scared by that coaster, I remember going on it years back and I didn’t know it was a roller coaster but I still found it fun. This can’t possibly be scary to anyone right?
Elliot Copeland it's just a bunch of kids who are trying to act cool. Probably would call runaway mine train (Alton towers) a big ride, though I do love both coasters. It's not just you lmao, we need to get these kiddos on smiler or swarm haha
Been legoland at least 6 times for my birthday now am going again for my sister who has never been. Honestly i just realised how dead that ride is.....
Qued up for about 2 hours went on expected real good ride then was unimpressed at lego figures. When we got to the daylight I was officially side eyed chloe. No but for real. It's true
i live right next to legoland,. I have never ever been. It used to be Windsor Safari park. Total travesty at what its been turned into. the rides are too short and monstrous queues and rip off prices from what i always hear.
How on Earth do you know what the park is like if you have never ever been ?? Just give it a go and experience the park for yourself and if you live right next door and have never been is dreadful lol
This is so nostalgic for me. The first few times I went here when I was eight I was too scared to go on dragon. Now I have progressed and stealth thorpe park is my favourite roller coaster.
Same with me lol
Boof rik are we the same person or something
same except my favourite’s smiler
I’m 10 and I went to Thorpe park a few days ago (two weeks) and I went on stealth and I only just turned 10 on the 14 of July I also went on Colossas
I went on it when I was eight I loved it
I remember being terrified as a kid to go on this, and just watched my dad and older brother go on it. When I finally went on it I couldn't believe how fast and good it was, but obviously now I'm an enthusiast it seems like nothing, though this is still a great ride, especially for young me!

Butera Babes think about how great you will feel about self after you’ve done it
RaZoR EmBeRz I'm going tomorrow never been on a roller coaster rip ne
I don’t really like rollercoaster would you say this is a fun and good coaster to go on
Can't believe I went on this 7 YEARS AGO. I remember it very well. Thanks for this!
This is genuinely one of my favourite UK coasters, purely based on the theming and nostalgia ahhaha
ParkBois ..l,m;
ParkBois urology

God this takes me back. That queue just to get on was insane.

Toller Familiencoaster mit richtig schönem Darkpart.

Awww thx for the heart 😂💖
same!
I couldn't even keep my head up although I used all my force!
I remember going on this when I was 6! I screamed.

I can’t wait to go tomorrow!
Loved going on this ride but I hated the long que.....
I was a pussycat for the dragon and characters tho...
One time when I went on it we got stuck in the middle of the outside bit and it started to rain lol; we had to get off by going down the stairs.
I remember this ride. It was years ago that i went on it

That’s awesome 👏🏻
I have been on this ride before and it was fun 😊
My first coaster
this coaster absolutely traumatised me when i was younger. But who’d’ve known that roughly 10 years later that id be enjoying the likes of icon at blackpool pleasure beach

This was one of my first coasters :)
Awesome ride! :-)
This is my favorite ride at lego land Windsor! ;-)
SuperAaronReview98 (MarioFan98) mine too as all the other rides are rubbish lol
SuperAaronReview98 (MarioFan98) me too i also like pirate falls, jolly rocked and squid surfer. On this ride i love the guy with the knife going 😮
SuperAaronReview98 (MarioFan98) I
My first coaster ❤️
Good quality!
If you guys are gonna do this roller coaster, me and my friend found that the further back you are from the front row then the faster it seems to go!
I used to be scared of going on this ride, and now I'm at Disney world going on tower of terror and rock n roller coaster
I'm going Lego land tomorrow and I'm going on this ride first I hated the first time I went on this when I was young but it's time to face my fears
Yesterday I had a field trip to legoland. I went to that ride and I have acrophobia. Omg. It was awful. I was about to faint!
Its a great family coaster for kids
Went on it today on my own in the back loved it so much my mum was in font of me screaming digging her nails into my dad
OOHHH YEAH!
I’m a big adult what’s the size like on this ride
hughzi1973 I’m also a bit adult and I fit on it ok 👌🏻
I went this year and it was great
we absolutely loved this ride we went on it three times we highly recommend it
OHHH YEEEEEE!!
Great family ride 👍
Omg I remember being so scared of this 5 years ago😂😂
Same and now stealth is my favourite coaster lol
I went on this today a some kid decided to push the emergency button so everyone thought there was a fire
Everyone started to freak out cause it was as soon as we got on and started to go
bro when I went on this today it was ok at first whenever it went down it hit it
I went on it when i was 6... i feel like its still rlly fun lol
Irenember being terrified of the inside part of the dragon when i was yonger now i'm fine with it.
Nice vid andy
I remember going on this when I was five lmao
Is this the same one as in Berlin. I went once on a Lego dragon coaster in Berlin
When I was 6 or 7 or 8 I screamed I didn't like it but now I am older I probably will
On that head dropper I passed out
OMEGASUPREMEG1 oh dear that’s not good
Love the new soundtrack in it
Tunnel gets me EVERY time , i basically disappear 😭
It is a good tunnel
@@Coaster_Crazy it just feels too small 😭
I went on this 5 years ago and was scared as f but I went yesterday and loved it
B dog Playz it’s not scary lol, great family ride
didn't WGH transportation build W&G at Blackpool pleasure beach
Greg Moss they build the theming I think
WGH built the ride system, Farmer Studios did the theming.
The whole ride was fun. Only the Lego models at the beginning startled me 😂
I am going legoland for the first time ever on Sunday and this rollercoaster looks great i'm definetly going on this😊😊😊
I whent to legoland 5 days before you on my birthday
What does POV mean
Lucas Abadie Capel it means “point of view”
Literally all of my friends don’t want to go on any rides because they were traumatised by it, I have never been on it
this is so different from the one in germany!
I remember when i took that ride, is it in Denmark?
it's based on an extremely similar ride from legoland billund, but it's in legoland windsor, uk.
I ain’t scared of the ride when I go on it....
The queue is what I am frightened of
I went on this today

Coaster Crazy ok thanks for replying so fast mate and that's really helpful advice!

Most reasons for none filming at parks is because of people using there mobile phones and dropping them i.e. health and safety reasons
The UK theme park channel also you film at your own risk
Coaster Crazy ok man, I'm getting all the GoPro equipment for my birthday then going to lego land so I should be pretty equipped for it
I went on it
Should be good for a 7yr old right ?
TheZgimba yeah definitely, it’s one of the best family coasters in the UK
Thanks :) Can' wait to visit !
Issy B well he/she is 7 so he/she is probably over 1.0 metre
I am going to lego land this Saturday and i am going on this
im sure you loved it, its an amazing rollercoaster, however little old me underestimated it lol
easily one of the best coasters ive been on. cant wait to go back in august 2018 ahah
EDIT: some of the drops may scare the actual piss out off you lol
Ninja Potato ...The dragon? How can someone be scared by that coaster, I remember going on it years back and I didn’t know it was a roller coaster but I still found it fun. This can’t possibly be scary to anyone right?
Ninja Potato I’m going in August too
Elliot Copeland it's just a bunch of kids who are trying to act cool. Probably would call runaway mine train (Alton towers) a big ride, though I do love both coasters. It's not just you lmao, we need to get these kiddos on smiler or swarm haha
Emilia Lily you realise when you're young this is really scary?? Plus rides like smiler and swarm are far too scary for some
I went on that
I'm going to Lego land on next Sunday
Never went on this as a kid and now I’m to old to go to legoland I wish on it and then grew to go on bigger coasters
Poop the Floatable how old are you !? You are never too old for LEGOLAND as it’s not a “kids” only park
Coaster Crazy 12 my parents won’t let me go though coz they say it’s for babies but I love Lego and all that stuff
Poop the Floatable it’s not for babies........it’s a family park and even better if you like Lego
Been legoland at least 6 times for my birthday now am going again for my sister who has never been. Honestly i just realised how dead that ride is.....
2:37 When I went on that part was actually kind of scary
When I first went on the dragon I was bawling my eyes out but when it came to the drop I said “This is fine” 🐶☕️
Qued up for about 2 hours went on expected real good ride then was unimpressed at lego figures. When we got to the daylight I was officially side eyed chloe.
No but for real. It's true
Why did we get the terrible dragon for! The Dubai and florida version are 10 times better!
I went on this i litterly was only two years old lol
kelly maynard I’m sure 2yr olds are not allowed to ride this lol 😂
When I was 5 I think my dad took me on that thinking it was a train ride
I’ve been on this ride and I got told it’s not that scary it’s just the gravity force
Carl Brown it’s not scary at all lol it’s a family ride
I’ve never been on this before I really wanna try it one day
I like the claws on the dragon by the way
100th like!
i live right next to legoland,. I have never ever been. It used to be Windsor Safari park. Total travesty at what its been turned into. the rides are too short and monstrous queues and rip off prices from what i always hear.

@@Coaster_Crazy well i know how it is from reading the reviews online. generally not great,
The line: 50mins
The ride: 2 minutes
Thorpe parks much better smh
RibbonMSP this is a ride for kids so don't expect it to be better than stealth, saw, swarm, nemesis inferno or collosus
Thorpe Park Scares Me (I hate extreme rides)
My dad FILMED ON THIS RIDE illegally without permission!
Well-Written Rollercoasters naughty
I hated this ride
