Management will only seeking their yearly bonuses.

Disgusting company. We had flights cancelled 4 hours before on the same day of flying.
Looking up alternatives, Westjet was still taking same day outbound bookings during this time also to routes that ended up being cancelled.
If they know a huge % of flights to be cancelled + a huge backlog of cancelled passengers how on earth they be taking or offering new bookings?
No option or mention of refunds and all their westjet newsroom posts are "westjet good, union bad, caveman posts"

We got cancelled out of Phoenix gong back home to Calgary on the Saturday. No help,from them at all. We stayed over an extra day and bought our own 2000$ flights on Alaskan Airlines back to Calgary. Infuriating
