Things have been very heavy for both of us the past years. We lost people very dear to us and coping with the loss was and will never be easy. In September of 2021, you lost your mama, and while I was also grieving with your loss, just 2mos after that, I lost my little cousin and 6 days later my grandma followed... It was never easy, it was devastating. But despite all that, we remained faithful to God, tho I admit, there are questions in my mind that remain unanswered, but knowing that God prepared a beautiful home made ready for our departed loved ones, somehow it calms our hearts... Losing them just like that reminds us that life is just so short that we have to make every little thing count because we will never know when we'll be gone.
Instantly, everything flashed in my mind... everything- how beautiful it is that God let me meet someone as special as you?? 🥹 Life is fleeting, and tho we're never really that of an open book, I wanna appreciate you and the relationship God blesses us here... so, thank you for always being there, for our exchange of comforting words and for reminding me to keep going despite life's challenges. Thank you for making me feel worthy, for loving me and for patiently waiting, for not giving up, for your effort and the respect you give to me and my family... 🥹🫶🏻 loving you is one of the best decisions I've ever made, truly...
