Can you imagine if Case were to buy the Heston plant and start selling the Gleaner at all the Case dealers, wow!!!! In ten years there would be more Gleaners running than you could count.
Fiat would never do that. They sold it to Agco, and we are starting to see them doing to CR's What Agco did to the Massey combine. I think if Agco just stuck with something and went with it they would be a lot more. Strengthening the dealer network would be a huge step forward.
@@wsorfan I know, just dreaming. Here in Mississippi we had around 12 dealers in the seventy's, all but one went away in the 80's, the last one fell 4 years ago. My nearest dealer in 366 miles away. This area will never have a Gagco dealer. That's why I wish Case could sell them.
@@gleanerman2195 Yea I get it. It is like that every where. The small dealers are gone and only a few left no matter what the color. Sometimes I have to drive over two hours to get to customers.
I would highly doubt it. With the epic failure of the ideal I don't see them wanting to push Gleaner into their territory. I would love to see it though. I know they are redoing the body for 100 years and there is some talk about bringing back the turret unloaded but I'm not sure on that.
@JJnS Farms I talked to my rep and he said there isn't and he is a Gleaner fan. I just don't see how they would allow that to go against the Fendt. With the sales being a bad as they are and how much money they have stuck in them. I personally would love to see one. They would have to change something to make it work but I have often thought a twin rotor would be cool to.
@JJnS Farms Well lets all keep our fingers crossed. I think if things keep going up for Gleaner like they are you would think that would make them want to do something. But it's Agco so it's probably the opposite.

620/70r42 are the biggest duals and 520/80R26 are the biggest for the rear.

One of the young reps at Farm progress this past fall kept hinting at a S99 for fall of ‘22 ….any truth to that??

@JJnS Farms Haha that's exactly what I was thinking on how they could do it to.

GLEANER Has the most potential of any combine yet Gagco puts all of it's money into a big turd, what a waste of money.
I absolutely love this comment!!!! My feelings exactly.
