When I am in buying mode, I do not mess around... If I see something I want and can get it at a price I like, I BUY! You cannot guarantee it will be there when you come back.
Hi Sarangelo, even though you guys are asleep, Great video about Missing Out on Crazy Comic Book Deals at Deland Comic Con 2024, keep them coming, also your latest video was outstanding, also both the Tour and Walkthrough The Deland Comic Con 2024 in Deland, Florida was superb, also Congratulations Sarah on purchasing The Bette Page Statuette, The Bette Page Statuette was awesome, Also Superb Comic Book Haul or should I say Superb Deland Comic Con 2024 Comic Book Haul, also I'm looking forward to watching Chapter three tomorrow afternoon, Also thank you for sharing Sarangelo, keep up the good work stay safe out there in Florida, have a goodnight and have a wonderful day.🙂🟢🟢💪🇺🇲🦸4:10 am.
Thanks for another fun video. Good thing you passed on that collection. Offering 1500 was more than fair mid low grade stuff like that takes forever to sell. When I sell runs I just charge a little more than if they were just buying the key books cause if not I get stuck bulking them out. Lots of folks are like that guy were they just want to buy keys not as many run collectors. So you need to price runs cheap enough were people will still buy them. Also hate when people say thats a 9.8 unless its in a slab its not a 9.8 cause on moderns the price difference between 9.6 and 9.8 is huge not going to waste my time gambling to try and get a 9.8 will pay raw price not 9.8 slab price. Just eye balling see about 3-4k in value will take about 40 plus hours to get ready to sell and about 3 months to move. I would offer 800-1200. Also fact dude says he resells but is not piecing that stuff out him self says a lot.
#1 Rule in any Convention(Toys, Books, Shoes, Clothes, Comics, etc.), You Snooze You Lose. Look at Sarah she immediately buy the Statue without leaving the spot. 😅
I love seeing folks just seeing you guys and recognizing you for all the good stuff you do. It's so great. Just like he said, keep doing what you're doing. Love the content 100%
Great Video. That show was great. I totally bought that Johnny the Homicidal Manic 1st print you looked. Bobby the guy with the Horror comics is the nicest shop owner in Jacksonville. He always hooks me up with great prices
I must say I had déjà vu moment while watching you go back and finding that the hero for higher #1 was already sold. The same thing happened to me about a year and a half ago at a baseball card trading show where there was a 1948 Bowman Robin Roberts that I really want and when I came back to buy it it had sold I haven’t seen the card since.
Angelo, you didn't pull the trigger on those books because it didn't feel right to you at the time. If you have hesitation in your heart, it isn't the right time for you. When the right time comes, you'll know and there will be know regret afterwards😊
I'm not saying this to be mean but I totally related with Sarah when she started laughing with the books you wanted ended up selling. My brother is the exact same way and doesn't pull the trigger. He always says "i'll come back to it" and when he's ready to purchase, the comics have already been sold. It does become laughable at some point because it happens too often.
Was nice seeing you guys at Deland Comic-con.We are going to Megacon this Sunday...we are the couple that got the wrestling belt signed by Kevin Nash at Deland...keep putting out those great vids!
Hey Sarah and Angelo! Coming at you from Toronto, Canada! Good call on not paying $2,500 for that collection. It was nice, but the value just wasn't there. Also, this Deland show looks awesome!
Slab to save it because it's so old you want to preserve it and that makes sense but that's really the only reason to slab otherwise you're wasting money resources you're wasting the book everything
Angelo if your at a show and you see a book you REALLY want go ahead and try to get it right then and there cause if you wait chances are it’ll be gone
Great video....I found my copy of detective #880 at half price books for $1.25 like a couple months after it came out....had no idea till like 5 years ago how sought after it it
That guy in the parking lot did have some really nice books Angelo but you made the right choice if you felt the condition was mid-grade. Bronze Age, Copper Age and Modern Age take a major take nose dive in value if not high grades. It would have been tough to make a profit.
What up Den! Cool vid. Okay, so let me get this straight, according to the conversations from the first five - ten min, these new books are not wanted unless it is a first issue and last, **even though the person has the entire run, the books are not needed, they are dollar books that were originally sold for $3.99 - $6.00?** So not really necessary to buy new books given they go from $4.50 to a dollar then for re-sale?
Thank god you guys said no to that dude for 2500. That’s an Absolute joke he clearly needs quick cash and is getting rid of a lot of his pc or something.
I think passing on that collection was the right move considering the grades. Thanks again for all the videos you guys are awesome. That Luke cage though damn good price.
Learn from your wife. In a place full of people buying things, when you see something you want, buy it. She left with a beautiful statue, you missed out on two great books. Good thing is that other opportunities will come your way so don't feel to bad, we've all been there.
These videos are really making me want to get my badge for Rose City Comicon this year. I wasnt financially sound last year so didnt go. The year before that was awesome though! I gotta scratch the con itch!
I just love your videos, guys. You are so open and warm hearted to all people you meet. The collection was nice but this guy was really annoying. It would have been polite of him to shut down the motor of his car while you were filming. It was good of you that you passed on this deal.
Another top video so many awesome faces in the community also great seeing them 😊💪👑 and should have bitten on that slab my man if ya want it just get it will get more enjoyment out of it
Anything featuring females on the covers definitely are actually extremely attractive and popular nowadays, and Sarah's buy of the BettiePage Statuette was definitely on the money as well and the Bettie Pages Comics are just as good in prices and popularity -AAA+!!!
Yeah. There is a comic mart in London on Sunday. I'm going for my 3rd time its great it's not like a comic con it's just mostly only people selling comics. Look it up mate
When I saw a 7.5 Luke cage and the guy offered me 275 I took it cause you know that's a steal that's way under. Angelo when you see a book that's way under you don't hesitate you take it. Stop exploring and pull the trigger on what you love Angelo I learned my lessons and now I got the books I've wanted for crazy deals
Expensive Keys... Expensive Magic the Gathering cards, it's all just a big Money sink... Every morning I wake up I wish I would have saved my Money there this life....
I was the guy with the collection. I got an offer for $2300, and one for $2000. I sold it a few days later to a different guy for $2000. Good video anyways!
I think 2 grand would have been a fair price to get right then and there cause a lot of those can be easy flips and if you did a claim sale and have a lot of people tune in that's how you can sell sets cause they sell on claim sales
Th3 Collection was worth the money and you could of made a profit. Guessing it wasn't a big enough profit for your investment. Someone got a good deal...
When I am in buying mode, I do not mess around... If I see something I want and can get it at a price I like, I BUY! You cannot guarantee it will be there when you come back.
He was asking for retail. Good to have passed. $1500 was a fair. You’ve matured in your assessments!
Above retail..
Yeah that guy was a total joke. I hate the collector community these days it’s too many competitive and selfish people.
Absolutely well over priced, people always seem to overprice their own collection.
Angelo asks, "why'd you want to give me all this?" Angelo, you and Sarah, are the BomB! You both make people so happy, even me!!!
I agree on the collection. You might have gotten $2500-3000 after free and shipping/taxes.
Need a weekly Joe segment on every ep
You made the right choice IMO! I would have offered like $850 tops .
Modern mid grade keys and runs..more like 700 tops..
Angelo, Happy wife, happy life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Florida comic book scene is amazing. I can't wait to visit one day.
That flip through book of the photo copies of what's for sale is genius level!
Harder for some dude to sneak up and steal a wall book. We've seen that happen on this channel too.😧

Another awesome video as always!! Getting me through stressful times and I couldn’t be more grateful for these videos ❤🙏
Cowboy bepop for 350 9.6 is a great deal. goes for 750 on ebay atm. Just picked up the whole run and sent them to cgc. Great Series very low print!
Agreed. I was thinking $1,500 too.
As a novice collector these videos are super educational! It's interesting to get insight into why a decision was made to either buy or not buy.
Angelo, you didn't pull the trigger on those books because it didn't feel right to you at the time. If you have hesitation in your heart, it isn't the right time for you. When the right time comes, you'll know and there will be know regret afterwards😊
This! Better to regret letting a book go that you weren't sure about than to buy a book and regret what you paid for it.
Congratulations on your Statuette purchase Sarah, glad you got what you wanted and your other choices are grade A as well -"Great Video, enjoyed this."
Angelo! Let Sarah buy something please!
You two are doing such a great job. Just a pleasure to watch, and all those comics!!!
When the lady says you got cash, then you got cash. 😆 See you at MegaCon!
See you there!
2,500 was too high. Good job passing
Thsnks for making these videos. Very enjoyable to watch.
Thanks for watching!

Definitely would pass on that. No more than $500 if you were going to flip them.
Preach
Hey Sarah and Angelo! Coming at you from Toronto, Canada!
Good call on not paying $2,500 for that collection. It was nice, but the value just wasn't there.
Also, this Deland show looks awesome!
Love seeing those WotC Campaign Cases in the backgrounds - looks like everyone cleaned out their local Ollie's.
Hopefully, you guys don't forget the Vampirella stand.
Good Show!
Thanks!
Slab to save it because it's so old you want to preserve it and that makes sense but that's really the only reason to slab otherwise you're wasting money resources you're wasting the book everything
5 shortboxes were nice though, but you guys have better options for 2500 dollars
"We got cash!" < stamps foot for emphasis > you tell him Sarah!
The Hesi' buy kills me also, You see it next time negotiate the price and buy. Sarah was the big winner!!!! Yay
Angelo if your at a show and you see a book you REALLY want go ahead and try to get it right then and there cause if you wait chances are it’ll be gone
Great video....I found my copy of detective #880 at half price books for $1.25 like a couple months after it came out....had no idea till like 5 years ago how sought after it it
Gutted you missed out on some dope deals, gotta pull the trigger lol.
Nice statue Sarah..
Dopesick vid guys
You guys have the best vids! Gives me motivation to go hunting.
Cosmic Comics is awesome! Always visit their store when I’m in Jacksonville great deals all around.
Ouch. I’ve done that as well!
Love you videos have fun today 😊😊🎉🎉
Thank you! You too!
Busy shows you gotta buy the good deals when you see them. Slow shows hold out for better price towards the end. That jock was a great deal.
That guy in the parking lot did have some really nice books Angelo but you made the right choice if you felt the condition was mid-grade. Bronze Age, Copper Age and Modern Age take a major take nose dive in value if not high grades. It would have been tough to make a profit.

Sarah laughing about the books being sold was hilarious
Dude was a little too pushy for my liking. I usually don’t deal with people like this tbh
Angelo just missed two comic book buys! Made me feel that I lose buying the comic book too haha.
What was the statue you bought? Looks amazing!!!
the gang is all here !!!

I thought 2500 was a little high on that. I was thinking 15 to 1800. But still a nice collection. Another good video thank you Angelo and Sarah!
These videos are really making me want to get my badge for Rose City Comicon this year. I wasnt financially sound last year so didnt go. The year before that was awesome though! I gotta scratch the con itch!
❤❤❤ don't be too sad Angelo yes just to lose you lose but they'll be other opportunities
Nice video I hope you find some good stuff
I just love your videos, guys. You are so open and warm hearted to all people you meet.
The collection was nice but this guy was really annoying. It would have been polite of him to shut down the motor of his car while you were filming.
It was good of you that you passed on this deal.
Collection pass makes sense to me if trying to resell. Very niche books imo.
Another top video so many awesome faces in the community also great seeing them 😊💪👑 and should have bitten on that slab my man if ya want it just get it will get more enjoyment out of it
I'm in love with Sarah 😍
Ahhh cosmic comics out of Jacksonville is a great store
You snooze you lose lol
Thanks for the info I have all those books but I will not sell them until I'm gone

As someone living in the UK am jealous of the amount of choice/prices available in the US 😭
You know Mate!

Kids, get out quick!
I love the collecting community except for the CGC books
Wow . Did you know you are alot like Tom Ripp. He really knows how to buy low and sell high.
statues are a bad omen for Angelo.
Expensive Keys... Expensive Magic the Gathering cards, it's all just a big Money sink... Every morning I wake up I wish I would have saved my Money there this life....
Everyone knows to pull the trigger in the collecting hobbie. If you really want it and you can afford to buy.
I was the guy with the collection. I got an offer for $2300, and one for $2000. I sold it a few days later to a different guy for $2000.
Good video anyways!
not worth 2500 and if he actually has someone who bought for 2000 he made out
1500 was a good deal he passed up on that
🔥💙🔥
$2500 was more than fair price but the trick is always finding buyers for non keys.
That whole deal was giving me odd vibes. Im glad you passed on it tbh
Trade for $10 highly doubtful. Most trades are $20
