    After spotting so many gyms throughout the U.S. I am glad to finally figure out that Orange Theory isn't a dieting gym based off of eating only orange colored foods.

    I'm gonna eat like 3000-4000 calories a day, not change my eating habit, while doing this programs based solely on the ad and expect to lose weight. I'm totally getting my money back

      It’s really buzzar concept it’s not an good one . So noisy like i have had gym membership all life this is such like pack bunch rats in small place make them run 🏃‍♀️ n pump noisy music

    Yea I'm a pretty athletic person...I play soccer like in a team or league...so i just need to build more speed and upper body strength and power/endurance. This is gonna be my first time goin and wanted to if this program will work

      Travino Ear orange theory is awesome!! This commercial isn’t lying! It’s great for building more endurance and strength. Every workout is different everyday, so it keeps u on ur feet and makes u want to go to see wat the workout is, the coaches are so motivating and it’s such a friendly atmosphere, definitely recommend it!!

    I'm not sure I like where the fitness Communities going. This looks similar to CrossFit has having a cult-like mindset. But I could be wrong they could be on to something

      It’s so bad there is one location near where I live . It’s so bazaar ultra gimmicky ! Cuz me n my husband do a lot of fitness . Him being super fit n like loves love loved gym just can’t stop complaint it’s so Orange 🍊 inside , so Noisy PUMPING ! The instructor is like on speaker like Shouting out the stuff , the room is low ceiling n narrow so the speakers just noisy cuz they need low ceiling light to be orange lol 😂 . N so many ppl in one place packed to do workout like all the machine . Seriously I think I’d have heart attack ! They r creating some sort like visual ur in oven type of thing ! The noise n all that shoots body more Cortizil prob makes u more into “fight n flight mode “ wherever it is is just uttely - paying money to get yrself go thru orange hell . lol 😂. My husband just can’t stop ripping into it lol 😂 evey time we pass it as it’s doing class ! So noisy n so orange 🍊 !

      I think that's the problem gyms are becoming. To gimmicky.And there hiring salesman as personal trainer. That's how I felt when I went to Pizza Planet. The Walmart of the Fitness World. I'm a certified personal trainer and I won't work any of those places. Martial art is becoming similar. You and your husband should just try to make a home gym. Saves a lot of money and time. It's just a matter of finding room.Have a good one

      @@restistance4387 completely agree ! Since Covid we spent maybe $1500 got bunch equipment n bench . So cool it’s been really nice 👍🏻 no need to bring gym bag back n forth to gym n fighting for equipment! Ppl should take nutrition courses than gym. Even my husband lost 50lb 10 yrs ago , he still binge ate. He had to workout so much to over compensate , I was the one took nutrition course n got him out of eating disorder ! I keep telling ppl that most ppl get fat cuz they r hormonal chemical imbalance ! Their metablism messed up , they don’t even feel hungry 🤤 n by the time they finally feel hunger they over eat ! They need to spend 3-4 months having body metablism re constructed . Takes so much meal planning , grocery , pre make food . Portion some in freezer for rainy day n sick days . Bring/buy snack to buy time if going out on date or see family at late dinner like 8 -8:30 pm . before that working out will actually cause hormonal dysfunction. It has to do in stages n have workout slowly start 2-3 months into meal adjustment . Even set Clock ⏰ to eat lunch n dinner 🥘 same time . Those boot camp like the Orange 🍊 thing fitness class . will make ppl fatter ! yeah the gym has been so gimmicks now ! There odd gimmicky products too on tv , like Peleton mirror , the Tonal smart mirror . Like $2000 looks ridiculous

      @@birdtj82 I agree, you need to keep your cortisol,insulin and thyroid.In a balanced state.For me it's hard to keep my cortisol stress levels in check.Yes if you don't keep your hormones in check.No diet or exercise program will work. There's also a lot of fad diets out there. And what diet works for one person may not work for the next. Our bodies respond differently to what we eat. Now they have the DNA diet. Which I don't think is probably very accurate. But if geneticist can get that down to a science it would save a lot of people time and money.

    Fitness is Fitness no matter how you colorize it, slice it or paint it,,,
    What's important is not all people respond to the same Physical Fitness stimuli,,,but it's still just Physical Fitness, there isn't any brand new thing, it's just camouflaged to excite your senses down the road, you may realize, I could've done the same at a less expensive price, BTW, can we see the prices?,,,I can easily call but rather see it on a follow up video,,,,

    Trying to save you money, ultimately, it's you that will decide to train for life or not, when you reach that mentality, there's plenty of programs out there you can do solo or with a buddy or two...
    For a lot cheaper,
