Great job with the figs and thanks for explaining your painting method. I have a box of each awaiting my attention. My experience with Wargames Atlantic, weapons break and shatter at any scale. I hoped at 10mm, these would be robust enough to snip and cut.
These kits look great, the only problem I'm having is finding rules that fit. Most rule sets seperate samurai out by their different weapon types. But as the strips are predominantly mixed weapons, this is tough to do. I know it's more historically accurate, but it comes at the expense of playability.
Nice video. I love the idea of these figures but the yari are way too fragile. I've been wrestling with them all weekend and it feels like they break just by looking at them!

The spears are fragile. Someone mentioned putting them on blutac and cutting them

Kalistra have free rules that work with their wargame figures. They do Japanese as well
