That is so true. When you are looking for a home you have to really talk to the people around about the flooding in the area. Regardless of how nice the house looks, to experience flooding is not nice. Everytime rain setup you nervous.
Yes Madras Road itself usually floods but not the development

Hello Laura. Hello Ian. Nice surprise vlog. Those house are beautiful. Love the gypsum work, the doors and the cupboards (lovely). The counter top look good but I would prefer a darker colour. I truly appreciate the His and Her sinks 😂 The view is wonderful. The walk in closet is not bad. 11:04 Laura you look Amazing, against the back drop of the cupboards. That garage is superb. While the area does not flood, during periods of flooding you can be marooned as several areas on both sides of Boycato Rd on Madras Rd floods and through to the other end in Las Lomas also.

I’m sold …. Sold sold sold by the wine rack, walk in closet and the barn style doors. The view is definitely breathtaking and peaceful. Trust me living in NY the houses don’t come with near to enough storage space at all so seeing this put us to shame lol. Definitely a beautiful home !

The walking closet very narrow..but you can build cupboards in the master bedroom..my husband is an A class joiner ...if you need a cupboard man..lol
