    Namkeen Mutton Karahi Written Recipe :
    Ingredients:
    Mutton ½ Kg
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    White Chilli Powder 1 tsp
    Tomatoes 400 grams
    Green chillies 50 grams
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    clarified butter 100 grams
    Method:
    Heat clarified butter in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and mutton, and fry well. Then add tomatoes and let it fry. When the mutton is cooked, mix salt, black pepper, white pepper, and chopped green pepper and leave it on the tail. Finally, garnish with coriander and serve.
    Stuffed Grilled Chicken Written Recipe :
    Ingredients:
    Boneless chicken (breast pieces) `2
    Spinach 200 grams
    Cheddar cheese 200 grams
    Mustard paste 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Paprika powder 1 tsp
    Ground white pepper 1 tsp
    Mixed Herbs 1/2 tsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Garlic minced 1 tbsp
    parsley for the garnish
    For Mornay sauce:
    Milk 250 ml
    Cooking cream 100 ml
    Flour 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    White pepper 1 tsp
    Mozzarella cheese 100 grams
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Method:
    First, cut the chicken breast pieces. Then marinate it with mustard paste, salt, white pepper, paprika powder, mixed herbs, lemon juice, oil, and chopped garlic. Now blanch the spinach slightly and add fiber to it. Mix the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and white pepper. Then stuff the chicken breast with it and leave it marinated. For mornay sauce, boil milk and add cooking cream. Add flour dissolved in water to thicken. Add salt, white pepper, and mozzarella cheese. Add a little sugar and cook.
