I agree that a few of these may be "broken defense", but it appears to me that most are just a well executed offensive play to pick apart any defense. I think anytime a quarterback scrambles for any length of time, it gets almost impossible to cover the field defensively.
Watching it afterwards it might seem obvious that he should just run forward, but how would he have known that nobody would notice he had the football? Looks like he just played it super safe. I don't know why he ran away for a second though.
@@puppergump4117 Making it look like just the usual token "keep running after the handoff" bit, in order to sell it even better? Remember, this run wasn't just about him getting the ball into the end zone, it was also about selling the idea that he _wasn't_ the one running the ball, and keeping the defense fooled as much as feasible. The play-by-play guy wasn't fooled, but the defense totally was, as was the cameraman.
Most of these were just players getting lost in coverage or rushers getting past everyone which are somewhat forgivable, but the Chris Johnson one where he wasn't even covered is unforgivable.
@@bluefenix67 he had some decent speed when he was younger. There are those viral clips of his long runs against the Bills early in his career and against the Raiders in like 2010. It’s just hilarious in this clip because he was almost 40 when it happened 😂
Dear Browns, This happens occasionally to other teams, too, but it doesn't seem to be such a regular occurrence with them. I mean, I know we are trying to increase scoring, but ideally that would be for our team and not for the opponents. Thanks, The Perpetually Disgusted

You left out the Alex Smith run vs. the Cardinals. It was, literally, the least contested play in NFL history when you go by how far away the defenders were from the ball carrier.
I love the tradition of these "but they get increasingly more" videos where they don't at all. The first and last play are effectively the same mistake and the same result.
The Chris Johnson Play.....49ers had a play like that against the Seahawks (I think it was Seattle) except Kaepernick didn't look up at all once over center and just mechanically handed the ball off to the runner with his receiver jumping up and down begging for the ball with no defender within 15 yards of him.
I kind of feel bad for Leonard fornette from a legacy standpoint dude is a great RB in both college and NFL but had to play at the same time as Henry. Doesn’t help that he helped Henry win the heisman that he was the front runner for since he fell behind after playing against him and just transferred his spotlight to him.
Not sure how you the Raiders D is not shown throughout this whole video. Feels like the last few years watching them there has always been players running free, especially on 3rd and long or 4th down.
The Tebow to Demarius Thomas in OT not in here, Peyton to Brandon Stokely not in here, the one where the Ravens burned them in OT...only showed two Broncos clips.
"Nobody's covering him!" How rare is it for a broadcaster to actually point out something like that, and for it to be paid off two seconds later. I wish more broadcasters would pay attention to the games they're covering.
“Absolutely all alone and he trips!!”
👆Probably the greatest unintentional troll in NFL history🤣🤣
9:16 Ok but that ankle snap was CLEAN 🥶
The fact that AP is still that fast at his age is very impressive
There should have been TWO holding calls on that run...
The Steve Bono run has to be the most broken defense moment of all time
I agree. You don't see any defenders chasing Bono.
Apparently the poster is too young to remember...
It’s like he fooled everyone as bad as payton manning except instead of 1 yard he ran 76. And he’s the slowest man on earth
His blocker stopped running because there was no one within 20 yards to block.
is littttt☀️

1:16 The Giants season summed up in one play
I like when these videos include the post-play breakdown. Nice job!
Love your content dude ❤
This was really Good! Thanks bro! Keep up the great work!🙏🏾
im early asf. love to see the seahawks tho!!!
I love how in some of these QB sees the WR and then hesitates for a split second before throwing like they can't believe how open they are.
1:11 that announcer saying "he's gone" made him trip
2:30 How did they not notice that nobody was covering that reciever?
That was Chris Johnson, one of the best running backs in the nfl between 2008-2013. No idea how no one on the defense paid him any attention
I guess they all just went to their spots and didn't realize none of their spots were near him.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
4:01 bruh how long did it take Peyton to run those few yards 🤣🤣🤣
Watching it afterwards it might seem obvious that he should just run forward, but how would he have known that nobody would notice he had the football? Looks like he just played it super safe. I don't know why he ran away for a second though.

Daniel Jones getting tackled by the turf was definitely broken lol
Great channel.. keep going fam!

Legend has it ...... 😂🤣
was wondering if anyone else had noticed it as well 😂

Exactly
This is going to be a banger
I'm a die hard chiefs fan, but I was 100% expecting all 4 of Gabe Davis' touchdowns in the divisional game vs the chiefs last year to be on here.
Great job on this video.
This is a big W
Great compilation. But you missed one play, Steve Bono’s td run
Came here to say this. He had the whole TVscreen to himself.
3:00 What a clean throw
I don’t know if we can call Peyton’s bootleg rush TD broken defense by the Cowboys because could anyone really have envisioned him doing that?
With that move, he broke it
Hahaha, yeah... good point! :D
He actually pulled the bootleg off in college, but hasn’t shown it in the pros

He definitely wouldn't have tried it on the Ravens or Steelers at the time.
great video pls make more
I was hoping to see that Austin Hooper TD from Matt Ryan against the Bears. I love that play... and the stiff arm.
Fire video 📹 🔥

That Terrelle Pryor run is the longest rushing TD by a quarterback in NFL history. 93 yards to the house
Jones tackled himself! 🤣🤣🤣

Jones was like "I've never been here before, I'm not sure what to do"
Too bad they didn't include the Steve Bono run - that was Pretty Good
1:10 Me: Raiders did it better! 😎🏴☠️
1:51 Me: There it is! 🥃😎🏴☠️
Good compilation, but I felt like you should have included the play where Kendrick Bourne goes through a double move against Diggs
I like this video. One Dolphins play and ~10 with former/future Dolphins.
Who made that introduction beat! Good lord thats fire
Omg
This reel broke my phone 😂
Chris Hogan ALWAYS got ridiculously wide open🤣🤣
WHITE BOY SWAG💯

Daniel Jones would have scored the touchdown if Joe Buck hadn't jinxed him 😂.
On the twelve at 1:12 seconds lol
Did he trip or did he fall?? Or what??
I think excitement got the best of him 😆😆😆 it was epic
It's interesting that on some of these plays the closest person to the runner or receiver is an official.
So they may be well thought out plays
the turf monster is real.. and jones knows all about it
Best gritties of 22' season
👍
Dez caught it that time

I love the tradition of these "but they get increasingly more" videos where they don't at all. The first and last play are effectively the same mistake and the same result.
I have a suggestion: NFL craziest interceptions but they increasingly get crazier
All of this horrible defense is hurting my feelings
3:30 that was just great blocking
All these plays are when “the fix is in”
The first one is my defense in madden
it's baffling how it's always the star player who's wide open - deebo, megatron, dez bryant (x2), kelce, etc
The Chris Johnson play is like when people come out in fg block in Madden
1:17 never forget
where do u get highlights from? with out getting copyright claim
So wide open he trips over his own feet hahaha
Man these plays are like Madden cheat codes or something
Dopesauce
Damn no one stopping you but yourself and yourself stops you
The QB who tripped right before scoring 😂 damn that must suck.
Danny Derp 🤣🤣🤣
1:44 they instilled ttat fear in him 😈
What about Steve Bono's TD run? That was the most broken defense ever.
Larry Fitzgerald playoff game against the Packers? Gotta make a part 2 and include him into that.

@5:33 looked like holding on the offense to me...
1:19 And this guy just signed a 4 year $160 million contract extension 😂
This video should be called "The Safety Bites" because all of these are a result of one or both safeties being completely out of position.
8:30 is more relevant right now than ever before
the chris johnson one is the most broken by far
These plays are definitely offensive, but not how you think they are.
Lmao how the hell Daniel Jones trip on that walk in TD
i laugh every time
the Chris Johnson one is the worst. How did coach not call a timeout
