Kenwood TS940S cooling fan and power supply mod explained

Modifying the TS940S with a new cooling fan to keep the temperature down as well as bleed off supply voltage when shut down. My apologies in the video for saying "amps" instead of watts when referring to the resistors used...and they are in parallel not series... oops
