Jeff wants his employees to think like him which is every employers dream. It doesn't work like that. The mistakes his employees have made are usually little mistakes but they turn into big mistakes. When meeting with clients you have to be prepared. Not forgetting carpet samples etc
so far he is right..and Jeff stil doesn't get it.

You made me laugh! Cause I see Jeff's pov !! Being prepared is 50% follow up 50% of the job. Contractors can be hard to work with, products aren't delivered on time, workers don't show up, building inspectors ruin your day. Pressure cooker. Edit: is your house done??

lol i think taylor has a few good points, the boss jumps down his employees over anything they do wrong. He would be nightmare to work for. I don think he likes anyone actual calling out the same bullshit he does. He seems to seek pleasure in making his employees lives hell and expect them work 7 days a week and have no life. So i think is a bit psychopath in him. He cant handle when someone screams at him. but expects everyone else roll off his back like its nothing. I wouldn't care if payed me a million dollars a year , i wouldn't last a day without telling him to fuck off and not to talk to me. He treats the people he loves like shit, esp the the one he calls his mum, He was like i want you work 24 hours a day but is surprise when she is like i want some time off. I think most people would want a couple of days off to relax. I wonder if he realised that he is reason why so many staff quit

Always many sides to any story.
Jeff Lewis expects perfection from people because he expects perfection from himself. Has anyone ever noticed how he decorates a house? He was everything in the perfect spot which is why he has such high profile clients.
People know how Jeff is, and they choose to work for him anyway. You have to be that certain type of person to handle someone like Jeff. I too have similar snarkiness, sarcastic tendencies, so I get him. In the end, they made the decision to work for him, he didn't hold a gun to their head. Everyone is responsible for their own decisions, good or bad. Also, glad Jen is leaving. Her demands on how often she can work and being out for 6 months maternity leave would not fly in the corporate world as the rest of us don't have that luxury. Not to mention that high-pitched voice is enough to cut glass. I hope this isn't the end of the show, as it's about Jeff not Jen. But I do wish Jen luck in her endeavors.
