Getting a new mouse won't help recoil control unless your old nouse was a literal ball/laser mouse from 2004 and didnt track goos at all, training recoil every day will do the trick though.

You gotta have decent recoil control and shoot in small bursts like 10-14 bullets then wait approximately 0.5 seconds and burst again
