Starting from Immigration , what immigration is? Why it happens ? How many times it happens?
Immigration is a process that marks that u have exited from your country and you are entering particular country.
So when you are going for MBBS from Abroad you will be flying from your home country where the exit immigration will happen and you once you reach your destination country for Abroad MBBS the entry immigration will happen.
So it will happen twice , once while exiting from home country and once while entering the destination country.

Lets talk about the process for MBBS in Abroad , Immigration:
1: Once you have all your documents ready and have your ticket handy . Check the airlines and submit the check-in luggage on the mentioned country and get the boarding pass for your journey to MBBS at Abroad.
2: Go to the immigration counter and get the exit immigration done and after the security check board the aircraft.
3: Once you de-board the aircraft at your destination country get the entry immigration done.

1: Why are you entering the country ? Or What is your purpose of visit?
Ans: I am entering the country for my higher studies.
2: In which course you have taken admission?
Ans: Mention the course name exactly same as what is written on your invitation , do not mention MBBS as they might not understand.
3: Where would you stay?
Ans: I will be staying in hostel.
4: Who is paying for your studies?
Ans: My father / My Mother / My Guardian ( Who so ever is paying for your fees)
5: Are you carrying enough money for your education?
Ans: If u have paid your fees online , you can say you have paid online or if you are carrying cash , tell that you are carrying your fees in cash.
6: Are you suffering from any Contagious disease?
Ans: No , I am not suffering from any contagious disease.
