The aircraft weights that I mentioned are empty weights, which would be approximately the weight at which I flew them.

Problem isn't taking off, it's landing. You screw the landing, and you'll have to go around. You'd have to touch down before the Tarmac

The Antonov AN-225 stopped just because of the 6 reverse thrusters.

while the force of friction is greater (because the normal force is greater) the inertia is also higher so it needs more energy to slow it down.

I think that you should do all your tests with regular weights (planes full of passengers).
a large jet carrying absolutely no weight can in fact take off and land in a surprisingly short distance. I once saw a 737 at an airshow demonstrate this, clearing the ground in under 200 meters and pulling up in less than 300 from the piano keys

If any of you are wondering it's because he emptied out all but a little bit of fuel, you can see the screen says 7.7 for the 747, and probably set 0 for all the cargo.

Captain Merk They probably came with the aircraft, but if you search for GPWS sounds for FSX you should be able to download them separately.

Well argue that with the mod creators not the game creators in this game I can't even seem to land a beech craft baron the this size runway so it's the mods also he probably slowed down to near stalling speed when landing

This is so funny, cause if you added a normal runway behind this one, when taking off and landing, planes wouldn't even touch this part.
I want a plane that is able to stand on its shadow, too :) Those approaches were actually not bad btw...
FSX logic: uhhm the mrija (an 225) has that much wheels (32 or 30, dunno, but i think it's 32) - those wheels have brakes - it's definetely going to work
So, i actually gave it a try on X-Plane 11 with an empty A332 from JARDesign. opposite to the wind direction of course. I made it up in the air, but overshot the actual runway part (still concrete). However, i was in full TOGA with max power - and didn't made it because i was way to slow (around 100kts, you need 120kts or so - and then climb...) ended in water, so no attempt to land it.... X-Plane Logic = Real Life (or at least something like that).

So, i reply to this and don't edit other posts due to their length:
another try this day, completely empty - it worked (at least the start). The I tried to land (i was carrying about 2tons of fuel at start) and saw that their was a part of the island blocking the way, so i decided to go around (not at toga, in this config (flaps full, gear down, empty) it only took 45% N1 :) So, tried from opposite direction (RWY 30) - that was close, because of the weird empty machine at 100kts (that was actually okay to fly) and a trim setting of 4,9UP, i thought i would be higher - and did an unplanned lowpass at a really low approx. 60cm over ground.
Another go around later, i noticed i would run out of fuel in a few minutes, so that was the final approach - came in at 102kts ias with only 176kgs FOB (fuel on board) and brought down the bird - at least parts of it.... I landed a little bit before start of the rwy and the gear collapsed (that was actually not even possible in real life physics, because it weren't that much g forces.... However, i came to a full stop...
NEXT: Do an RTO before you ban this f*cking apt from your mind
It's on a hill or mountain cut in half and no its not that flat it's high, the runway actually ends on the end of the hill so that's a very big fall.

to try it with payware addons would be the best. Because the freeware planes mostly dont have the real physics . for example the freeware a380 has the physics of a 320

When you playing Microsoft Flight Simulater X. I think you can also try to land an Antonov AN-124-100M{F} too. The Second Biggest Airplane.

The AN-225 was able to stop was because of how heavy it was. This slowed it down
