1 - Karnım acıktı. / Karnın mı acıktı? (My tummy is hungry. / Is your tummy hungry?): It is a common expression in Turkish to use the adjective ‘hungry’ for the person’s tummy, rather than the person himself.
2 - Bilek (Wrist/Ankle): The word ‘Bilek’ is used for both wrist and ankle in Turkish. Outside of context, it is impossible to know which part of the body is referred to. To specify the body part, people usually add the words ‘El (hand)’ or ‘Ayak (foot)’ before Bilek, i.e. ‘El Bileği’ for Wrist and ‘Ayak Bileği’ for Ankle.

Teşekkür ederiz!
Teşekkür ederim, great video! Would love to see more Super Easy Turkish videos made, lüften.
What I find VERY helpful in this video is when the phrase is FIRST said slowly and then again at normal native talking speed. That helps train my 'very beginner in Turkish' ears for 1) the actual words to understand, and 2) how it all then gets slurred together in natural speech.
My tongue has got to learn how to stand and walk before it can run with new sound combinations! :-)
Keep up the great work!
Çok güzel video
Teşekkür ederiz.
3:59 önemli bi mesele 😄

Love this conversation!
This is completely off the subject but maybe you can help.
Izin silinmez
This was written under a picture of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk
According to Google it means permission is not deleted. I guess it really means permission is not given. Although it looks like a double negative so perhaps permission is given.
Could somebody tell me what the proper translation is and what it means. I'm guessing it is something to do with a speech he made.
Hello Frank! It's good to hear that you liked our video :)
İzin silinmez = Your mark/track is indelible/inerasable.
İzin means permission it's correct but the word is not "izin" hear. It's "iz", which means mark/track. "izin"= your mark/track.
I hope it helps!
@@EasyTurkish
Great. It was the "izin" that threw me!
I suppose it's bit like the English expression
"You will always be remembered."
Thanks very much for the translation.
Your videos are just the help I need.
I'm not bad at Turkish grammar now and I can read reasonably well, but I find conversation difficult. I go to Fethiye a lot. They have a lot of shortened versions of words;
Gidiyorum becomes Gidiom
Gidecegim becomes gidecem
I find your accents a lot easier to understand as they are more like the written word.😁🙏
Çocuğu taksiyle mi getirdiniz? (:D)
İyi yakalamışsınız :)
It could have part 2 and contain more native sentences...
There will be a part 2!
😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂 amazing 😍😍😍

Endonezyaca biliyor musunuz? Hayır mı? Size onu öğredeceğim. Haha. Çok iyi ve güzel, Arkadaşlar. Teşekkür ederim. Endonezya'dan selamlar
why am i watching this even though im turkish lmao
Bunu neden izliyorum ki ben Türkçe konuşuyorum zaten!
Bende 🤔😁
Video is awesome but second time they say the phrase it's way to fast lol 😅😅
We wanted to show how it's said in normal speed :)
This Turkish I understand but in street…
I live in Istanbul, who lives here and speak English or learning Turkish? Write me
I need friends here
(Telefon numaran ne?) “Yabancılarla paylaşmıyorum” ... I’m going to get that response alot when I go to Turkey! 😆😅😟
Better be careful who you ask then :)
@@EasyTurkish I'll try to be 😂
I feel like I'm doing well with the grammar and vocabulary but they talk so fast ugh
I'm from the region around Bern and we speak super slowly, two worlds clashing lol
You'll get better with practice. It'll be much more understandable in the future days, don't worry :)
If you go to settings you can adjust the playback speed

@@pointlessPointer hala türkçe öğreniyor musun? yada hala öğrenmek istiyor musun?
off off , öğrenmekteyim)
Konuşurken ne kadar kısa o kadar iyi :)
kendi dilimi böyle videoda izleyince biraz garip geldi
The speakers speak so fast, i am having difficulty to follow their conversations :(
You can slow down the video on UA-cam or check our slow audio files on Patreon 😊
I never knew you could slow down UA-cam videos. Thank you for sharing this. It does make it easier for me as a beginner to follow your teachings.
@@JimmyWatches2102 Good luck with learning Turkish!

I love thé vidéos but please can you speak slower_ comparing to all other easy language videos you are thé one that speaks really too fast its disturbing tesekkurler
Thank you for your comment and feedback. But this video is actually made quite slow with examples 🤔
Gabriela Gaby it is actually veeeery slow compared to our daily speech😁
I agree with you, I trying to learn Turkish from various UA-cam videos and here is the fastest and seriously annoying. Maybe this is also the reason why there are so few subscriptions, because the videos are interesting.
This is for beginners so please a bit slower çok tesekkür ederim
