Just bought a 06 Charger srt8. Paid 6500.00 took it to my garage and it needed struts all the way around tires all the way around with install that was 2500. Needs a radiator and some other things so I figure about 5 grand to get it even inspected for the road, Some will say WTF but the engine and everything else is near mint for a vehicle with 165k miles. Just an amazing ride, Do not get an RT get the old gen SRT8. Just an awesome awesome vehicle.
People don't understand that wen you buy cars that are this old they are projects but still cheaper than paying 40+ k just for a race car everyone has.
@@srtdadever talk to your previous Charger pre '09 about how to remedy the dash vents from coming apart? Wonder if a dash transplant is what has to be done 🤔
Impressive video, SRT DAD. Looking forward to your next upload. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the great work! The transformation of the interior looks amazing. How do you think the fit of the covers impacts the overall comfort and usability of the seats over time?
Looks nice asf.. a stitched in SRT in the middle would be killer
Thanks man!! And yes 1000% agree might have to figure something out to throw some on top of the covers 🔥🤘🏼

No lie this 8 is one the best I’ve seen on UA-cam. 💯
@@keingkash2409 appreciate you 🙏🏼
Don’t underestimate the RT I’ll take my 08 over the SRT any day plus the 5.7 Hemi can handle more boost then the 6.1 if your going that route.
I like the stitching on the seat covers matchs the srt8 very nice
Appreciate you, it really does bring the whole interior together 🔥
Yeah It does makes the interior more updated for sure
That looks awesome especially Dodges early gens leather gets worn out by wear and tear. Great upgrade 👍
It really makes the interior pop! 🔥🔥🔥 thanks for watching 🤘🏼

Comfort is great!! And we will see over time how these hold up to my 09 Charger 💪🏼👍🏼
Thank you for watching and supporting the channel! 🙏🏼
U just need black roof will be great 😊
Yea I know!!! 🫣
Currently passing up an 06 SRT8 with 77k miles for $15k; going to wait for an 08 with interior update or better yet 09/10 with LSD.
Yea I’d probably do the same and get the 09-10 one with the beefed up rear end 🔥 but 15k is a sweet deal
Original headrests look much better...

💪🏼💪🏼🤘🏼
Do you think these will fit on an 2014 dodge charger rt with the normal cloth seats ?
No they won’t but I believe they do make some for your RT look through their page
Can oem hellcat seats fit in there??
Nah the seats look better twin without covers
They do look good no doubt but it’s nice to have these over them to protect them from my kids lol 😂
@@srtdad no need to justify, these seat covers look super clean
how many miles and is it the OG engine?
