On the other hand, ovulatory failures may be due to an interruption in corpus luteum maturation, leading to deficient secretion and a delay in endometrial differentiation, either coordinated or dissociated. If corpus luteum regression is affected, it can cause secretory hypertrophy. Both anovulatory and ovulatory dysfunctions result in prolonged and irregular endometrial shedding, accompanied by necrosis, due to alterations in the dissociation of endometrial stromal cells. As a result, nearly all of these functional alterations can impact fertility. When I read about this, I found it incredible. I believe that including more examples of these adaptations would help better understand the topic. Excellent video!
