@cowfunone Kinda random, but I found this video while trying to retrofit Comand NTG 2.5 into a 2007 W164... Did you ever put together a DIY? I have a 2008 NTG2.5 unit and SDS with developer mode, but would like to know what would be needed to tackle this retrofit.
