    Part 1
    Fill The Oil and Cable Connections
    Filling the oil tank with anti-wear hydraulic oil.
    Fill the oil from this port.
    Connect the machine to the power source.
    Connect to a 3-phase power source.
    Switch on the power source.
    Turn On the Machine Power Switch
    Connect the pedal switch to the machine.
    Turn on the power switch.
    Check the main motor rotating direction.
    If it rotates clockwise, then It is correct.
    If it is rotating anti-clockwise.
    Press the emergency stop.
    Exchange the two wires connection.
    Part 2
    Machine Start-up
    Turn on the machine power switch.
    Turn on the power switch.
    Release the emergency stop button and start the oil pump.
    Waiting For the System Loading
    Open the EsaBend.
    Tap the Editor.
    On the Manual page, find the reference point.
    Test the X-axis running.
    Test the R-axis running.
    Test the Z1-axis running.
    Test the Z2-axis running.
    Test the crowning system running. /A/ one axis means /V/ axis.
    On the Punches and Dies List page, check the tooling parameters.
    Measure the tooling to compare with the data.
    Part 3
    Bending Programming
    On the Programming List page, add a new bending program.
    Input the sheet width.
    Input the sheet thickness.
    Make Measures to be 0, which is the outer dimensions.
    Choose the Material.
    Make the program to be numerical.
    Choose the punch and die.
    Enter into the Editor page after confirmation.
    Input the bending length and angle.
    Add the second bending step.
    Input the bending length and angle again.
    Import the program name and save.
    Start bending on the Automatic page.
    Part 4
    Bending Products
    Place the metal sheet.
    The sheet will touch the stop fingers.
    Step the pedal.
    Complete Step 1.
    Press the pedal.
    Complete Step 2.
    Part 5
    Measurement And Calibration
    Measure the first bending distance.
    Measure the second bending distance.
    Using the angle ruler.
    Measure the bending angles in two positions: left and right.
    Error found.
    Measured at 91°.
    Enter the calibration parameters -1.
    Bend again for testing.
    Measure again.
    It is correct now.
    Part 6
    Graphic Programme&3D Simulation Bending
    Graphic Programme.
    On the Programming List page, add a new bending program.
    Input the sheet width.
    Input the sheet thickness.
    Make Measures to be 0, which is the outer dimensions.
    Choose the Material.
    Make the program to be graphic.
    Choose the punch and die.
    Enter into the Editor page after confirmation.
    Generate the final bending program from the graph.
    On the Editor page, click Calculate.
    Click the Optimize.
    Click the Simulate.
    Click Continue until the bending is finished.
    3D simulation bending.
    On the Automatic page, click on the icon in the lower right corner.
    Choose the Extrusion Viewer.
    Click the First Bend.
    Click the Start.
    Part 7
    Switch Off
    Step the pedal switch to lower the punch against the die.
    Press the emergency stop buttons.
    Turn off the power switch.
    Press Brake Division
